Jessica Juel Realtor

Jessica Juel is the worst person I've ever hired for anything. She lied to me, she gaslighted, and then later lied about me and revealed confidential information about me. This shouldn't have been a surprise, as she revealed confidential information about others as well. She flat-out retaliated against me in the most disgusting manner by having an attorney send a threatening notice not to write reviews about her which included commentary on mental illness as well as multiple misstatements of known facts which I find would lead anybody to understand Jessica Juel would lie UNDER OATH against one of her own clients in order to prevent wrongdoing from being known about her. It turns out her attorney ran a failed nightclub called EDEN and Jessica was one of the servers. Read the reviews of Eden, what the servers were like, and notice Jessica Juel is the only one who wrote a positive review on Yelp of the attorney to perhaps figure a few things out. It's a horrible condo purchase, it's devastated my life, and it's difficult to believe this doesn't make Jessica Juel laugh. Jessica said she thought of buying the property if I didn't want it. Later has her attorney lie and say she argued not to buy it. Messages time and time again indicate otherwise, but when it comes to Jessica, you have to prove everything or else she will LIE about you and put it in print. Jessica Juel utilized emotional blackmail multiple times talking about herself inappropriately and constantly commenting on meeting for drinks. She made me feel uncomfortable. She does not respect boundaries. Her 'forever realtor' is creepy. When I read her write something like "I'm you're forever agent" it sounded like the twins from THE SHINING. I thought, this must be what **** is like. Jessica Juel as your forever realtor, but two of them, maybe because she's so duplicitious it makes sense, chasing you around on tricycles saying idiotic things about country music and her hatred of Gov Whitmer or liberals... The thing that is extremely nauseating as well is seeing how she doesn't just lie, it's some well-thought-out plan of multiple commentaries out of nowhere that aren't true that she can't seem to know or remember if I have evidence she is lying. She makes statements in email with the full thought she'll use them later against me. Unfortunately for her, I have multiple emails and texts proving SHE IS LYING as well as the utilization of logic and the respect judges, magistrates, arbitrators, boards, etc., have some semblance of intelligence to know who is telling the truth and who is the one motivated to lie, and has been proven countless times that they did lie and have far less conscience than the average person. NEVER HIRE JESSICA JUEL REALTOR of MICHIGAN FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. She is one of the most unethical people I've ever known in my entire life. She is an embarrassment to the profession of real estate. There needs to be better oversight. I am fairly certain she left Keller Williams for the inferior ArterraLuxe because either the broker knew how badly she screwed up or she chose to leave before being forced out. I'm not a fan of her former broker at KW because once he realized he'd end up being sued when I asked about the seller's failure to disclose and Jessica lying about the walkthrough he said to have an attorney call him, but at least my guess is he chose to get rid of Jessica Juel.
