This service was terrible. It caused me extreme anguish.
Description of Work: While I was hospitalized, my former brother, without my permission, hired this company to pack up my entire house. When I got home, in a wheelchair, it took me 5 months to go through all the boxes. There were treasured antiques put on the bottom of 3' sq. boxes, broken. There were treasured antiques massacred by inept handling. My own art work, years of it, was totally destroyed. I was taken to the hospital in an emergency situation. There was food left in some pots. They packed it without cleaning it so it sat in boxes for 2 1/2 years. AND I have a 6 1/2 page list of missing items, including art work, furniture, jewelry and antiques. I definitely would not leave these people unsupervised if you hire them. I have just learned that Michael Hyman, owner, lost his franchise for this company in 2-11. There is no new owner according to the franchiser. However, my letter to him of March 22, 2011, was not returned so I didn't know his franchise had been terminated. I would be very careful dealing with this man.
