handyman service, house painters
 + 0 moreMark agreed to painting the brick; purchasing, painting and installing shutters. The shutters were a make or brake contract promise as we talked about them for years. Mark was to drop off a contract but never did. His painting was very nice, but he didn't finish the job. We got nothing but excuses for the shutters for a month, finally a contact from his wife with a date for installation. When the day arrived an e-mail arrived at 2 pm saying there was a 'family emergency' so shutters not installed that day and offering to deliver the extra paint---not the shutters. He obviously never bought them! We finally had to find someone else to hire to finish and never received the extra paint so had to buy more for touch ups. This is after I told him the entire interior needed to be painted as well so he could have had more work, but not now!
