I purchased a whirlpool freezer on June 4,13 it brook down in Aug, 13.They replaced a defrost timer and heater. Lost all my food then. On Jan.12 it brook down and again and again I lost all my food. I contacted the company and got little if no results. They suggested I purchase a $275. extended service contract. I feel after 17months and 2 breakdowns they should replace the freezer or return my money. I have no confidence in this company. Their number is 1-800-442-1111. I spoke to a person named Martika on 1-22-15 at 11:50 am. Model of freezer is F16/ EV160NZ1002 Serial # U31502002

The price was reasonable, they came on time, very professional and reseaonable, they knew what they were doing. They got the job completed in the same day, everything was taken care of and was working fine.
Description of Work: They have fixed our refrigerator, dishwasher and dryer.
