I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not only was the job months behind, the quality has been atrocious. They send unqualified laborers to complete skilled trade work. Trim continues to fall off, the rotating cupboard continues to fall off the track, tile has cracked in multiple places, and there is still drywall mud on our front porch from where they dropped it and never cleaned it up. When I called to report all of this I was told that because they had waived my deductible I would need to send them the deductible before they could send someone out to "see if there was anything they could even do." I refuse to give them another dime.

Called CONCRAFT after they were recommended buy my insurance company. They showed up a few hours after I called, this was good time considering the distance. The guy that came first said they would not do any work until we signed a paper saying we would use them for everything, this worried us but we had water running out of the light fixtures so felt we were in a bind. The guy that put the tarp on the roof did a good job, problem was he used nails that did not contain iron so after the roof was fixed later the nails did not get picked up by the roofers magnet, so far I've had to pull two of them from my new tractors tires. When the crews to deal with the water descended on the house they did not have a couple common tools so they had to borrow my staple gun among others. The power was out for several day's and they did not bring a generator to run several banks of heaters, mine finally quit just before the power came back on. I foot the bill for that because I did not want to deal with them about it. Still can't believe they never brought a generator. I don't like to leave the house when people we don't know are in it, these guys were there for hours at a time for several day's, supposedly they do the leg work for the insurance company, so they are very thorough. But it was getting to the point of being ridiculous. The workers did seem trustworthy though, and were all good to work with. The price quoted for repairs was so high that I started checking around and found many companies that would do the repairs for a lot less. When we asked CONCRAFT to let us out of the contract there was no problem. Either we miss read the contract or they wanted to part ways as much as we did. One of the things that really bothered me was that quite a few of them spent a lot of time in the attic cleaning it out, checking for moisture etc. and none of them noticed that several of the trusses had boards that had warped and pulled away from the plates that hold them together, one would flop around when touched. How do you miss that? The price I put down on this is an estimate since I don't have the information handy right now.

They took forever to get here. The guys did not show up when they said. Half the time the communication within the company was way off. The corporate office was not communicating with the service workers. They had to unhook the washer and dryer based on where the leak was. When they finally re-hooked the machines, they did it incorrectly and we ruined a load of clothes. They were supposed to replace the insulation when they did the drywall repair but they did not. They had to come back and cut the drywall out again and put the insulation in. We have been dealing with this company for about eight weeks on something that could have been done in two days.
Description of Work
