Since we had shut down the toilet(turned it off at the valve, and drained all water out of it)this was not an urgent repair; although it was inconvenient to have to use the downstairs toilet at night. The original appointment was re-scheduled due to weather(extremely icy road conditions)by Mr. Ed Smith, owner of Sinks to Sewers. Mr. Smith came at the re-scheduled date and time, discussed each of the repairs with me before starting. I left him to complete the repairs with a written list, and my college-aged son stayed there to answer questions and pay him while I attended to a family emergency. I was so pleased to return home to find all repairs completed, the bathroom in clean condition, and the old parts laid out for my examination; all for a very generous, and unexpectedly frugal price. Mr. Smith was very clear in his explanation of what would be involved in each repair, and of the costs he anticipated. As a woman, I particularly appreciated that he did not talk down to me-he gave me straight information. I would not hesitate to call upon Mr. Ed Smith and Sinks to Sewers again, to do other repairs, or to do more extensive work to upgrade plumbing in my home.

Excellent service. Called on a Friday morning. It is a family-owned biz. The oldest son (Chris, I think, it is) was there Friday afternoon. The plumber was very careful to make sure he had found the source of the leak and then moved the washer and dryer away from the wall when I told him I needed to have them moved for some other work (he did not charge extra). He was fast, efficient and courteous.

Simple story. Called, left message. Owner (wife; family-owned) called back promptly. Plumber (son) came within 2-3 hours and fixed the faucet. I'm very happy!

He came out when he was supposed to and did the job in a timely manner. We have had no problems since. He managed to fix the leak. We were happy with him.

Brian arrived three minutes early, told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost, and did exactly that and no more or less. The quality of the work was outstanding and he conversed with me (entirely at my request) about a variety of subjects the whole time. He, at one point and quite embarrassed about it, had to go get a part that wasn't in his truck, but he not only returned faster than I thought possible but absolutely refused to let me pay for the part. I am sure I owe Brian several beers. His dedication and love for his work was commendable.

The plumber sent out to us was scheduled for 1:00 pm. We were pleasantly surprised to have him arrive at 11:00 am. He was a young man, pleasant, neatly dressed and customer focused. He explained exactly what he needed to do, the approximate cost and the cost of some alternatives. He was thorough and mindful of keeping his work area clean. I would definitely call Sinks to Sewers again.

We have been very happy with them. They are able to respond quickly and their prices are reasonable. Their staff is also very nice and professional and the problems are always resolved.

Advised me that I had to contact the City to turn off the water to the house, coordinated schedules with the City service and was punctual on the day. Called City when the work was done to turn water back on, tested for leaks and completed repairs. Then called me with the charges and accepted payment over the phone.

Serviceman was on time and completed the work very quickly and expertly. Gave me advice on how to fix things myself in the future.

Brian was competent, obviously experienced and very friendly. The installation went quickly and he was more than willing to answer questions. The charge was reasonable and we were only charged for the time he spent doing the actual work (even though he spent extra time answering questions and helping us with another small household problem). He took special care to leave the bathroom clean and tidy. We have had other experiences with this family owned and run business and they have all been very positive. Sinks to Sewers is the first company we will call when we have a plumbing problem.

I was very pleased that they guaranteed their work for a year as this was a recurring problem (that was not solved by a different company).

I asked Brian to replace a bathroom sink fixture because another plumber told me it was a cheap brand, not worth fixing, and should be replaced. Brian determined that it was a good quality fixture with a lifetime warranty and needed a $25 cartridge. Based on that, I scheduled another appointment for the valves and kitchen fixture. Brian arrived promptly with Ed and they worked in tandem. They both explained the situation, showed me the problems, and asked permission before replacing parts that were unexpected problems. They cleaned up and took old parts away with them. They were neat and clean, friendly, professional and approachable.

They don t push fixing other things and actually advise you to wait on things that are not in the need of fixing as of yet and I really like that. They are very professional and their prices are excellent. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I thought they were very reliable and very fair about their pricing.

He and his son came out together and did the installation for me. I thought that they were very reasonably priced. His wife handles the office and is always very friendly and helpful.

Although the plumber was late in arrival, he did apologize. He was polite and explained everything he planned to do. He warned me the bathroom sink looked problematic and he hoped he wouldn't have problems placing a new stopper mechanism (I don't know the correct term)on the existing sink. However, there were problems and he showed me the condition of the sink which did have to be replaced. I felt he was honest in his approach. I was also impressed he cleaned up his work area very well! This was my first experience with a plumber really cleaning up after himself. The pricing was comparable to other plumbers I've used in the past. Overall, he did a good job and I would use this company again.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT PARTS WITH THEM. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.
