Everything was done in a professional manner and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Utmost care was taken to make sure that I understood exactly what was happening and all my questions were answered in a concise manner. I would definitely go back here.

I am very happy with this office. They are friendly, communicative, efficient, and competent. One spot was taken off by dry ice. The other was cut out and sent for a biopsy. The office called me within a few days of my appointment to tell me that the biopsy was normal. I will definitely use this dermatology office again.

Prior to my appointment, I was sent paperwork to complete with a detailed description of the nurse practitioner I would be seeing (It was a quicker appointment date to see the RN and she specializes in skin conditions). I arrived early to my appointment and was taken back by a nurse 5 minutes after my arrival. The staff were warm and welcoming. My appointment went well with detailed information provided and sensitivity towards my reason for coming. I was provided samples of a new medication to try as the prescription was expensive and the provider wanted to be sure it worked before I had it filled. The billing for my appointment went well with no problems and any contact I have had with the office has been efficient, friendly and a very positive experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone with mild to severe acne or any other skin conditions. My treatment has been very successful and after only one appointment. Ann Arbor is lucky to have this practice!

This was my very first appointment with a dermatologist and it went wonderfully - I left feeling very confident in Dr. Rindler's knowledge and care. She made sure to answer any questions I had and was very thorough. I really appreciate the time Dr. Rindler takes with her patients, nothing felt rushed and all was very comfortable. She even took extra time to help me understand how my insurance would cover costs of treatment. Knowing that budget was a concern of mine she made sure she went through the details of possible solutions/care so that I could make an informed decision based on my health and my finances. I will definitely recommend Dr. Rindler to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I liked her because she is extremely thorough. She is excellent and she was able to pick up on something and gave me advice and went the extra mile to refer me to someone that was going to be able to help me. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and would give you all the information you needed.

I see her every year to check and make sure I don't have any skin cancers. She is friendly and very professional. Seeing her is a comfortable experience. She knows her stuff and is up-to-date on current trends in the dermatology field. When she found a small skin cancer on my nose she referred me to another specialist to have it removed. It was removed with no problems whatsoever. I didn't even have a scar to show for it. I'm very pleased with her and the people that she sends me to. My insurance pays for everything, so I never ever get a bill. I have to make an appointment to see her.
