Amazing Work From Modern Maintenance. Staff Clean Very Professional. Nice have company that takes pride in helping and doing great workmanship. The crew all had uniforms with logo and etc. Work that was done sanded old paint work on basement panel to flat smooth appearance before they painted. Looks Amazing. HIGHLY Recommend. We use Modern Maintenance Again for other paint projects.
