KSI Kitchen & Bath

Project went well from initial design to implementation.

Our designer Katie was very helpful and worked with us to find the most cost effective solution that would achieve the kitchen and features we wanted.  When the cabinets we originally selected would not fit our desired configuration, Katie, and her manager Jill, did not hesitate to redo our design with cabinets that would fit.  Once contracted, we were given a timeline that essentially was met as promised.  Mark and his team did a great job implementing the renovation that included fixing holes in the ceiling, adding lighting fixtures, new sink and faucet, change to a gas stove top, installing new cabinets, installing a new granite countertop and installing the appliances.  When we had a couple of changes (adding a couple of electrical outlets and an additional ceiling pot light), the team was very accommodating and the add-on costs remained reasonable.  As most likely occurs with every major renovation, we had some small issues (crack in a cabinet drawer, loose fitting on a cabinet door, incorrect hinges on a cabinet) which were immediately addressed by KSI. 

We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend KSI.

Took longer than expected due to backorder of some product.
Construction crew was prompt and did a great job.

Horrible.  I chose KSI because I had had some work done by them 14 years ago and at that time they had done a good job.  I wanted white-glove service and didn't want to worry that the job would be done right.  For this, I was willing to pay almost twice as much as my builder would have charged me.  Unfortunately, KSI was unresponsive and unhelpful.  They started the job and took forever to finish it.  They were quick to get their money and have me sign contracts but were not quick to finish my job or respond to my complaints.  Even after I emailed BJ, the salesman, and told him I was unhappy, I still go a slow response.  I ended up having my own tile guy hook up the sinks.

The experience was positive.  I received kitchen and bath plans and detailed quotes that I could work with.  We were able to reduce the cost by working together and making changes.  
Everyone was responsive and helpful and the cabinets look great!  We had an item damaged in delivery and they replaced it for us with no hassle.
I will use them again!

Kitchen cabinet/counter order, prompt until the order came in and due to their busyness delayed delivery for 10 days then called with an earlier date then cancelled.  Very disappointed in how this was addressed, cabinets are overpriced but I wanted to go local to avoid any delivery issues.........  I will go elsewhere in the future for the bathroom remodel. I understand problems happen but it is how they are remedied that matters.  KSI is very busy and they will let you know that.

We were happy with the work. They did quality work and did everything they said they were going to do. They were good with follow up and when we called them to come back and fix some things they came back with no problems.
