Handy Manuel contacted me promptly to come out to the house to assess the work to be done. He provided a very reasonable quote, and agreed to collaborate with an energy auditor I had subsequently hired to make sure the project was done in conjunction with other needed work. He was prompt, professional, responsive and flexible. The billing was accurate. I highly recommend him to others, and fully expect to have him assist with other work.
