We needed them to install a chandelier and they did a wonderful job. The electricians were very friendly and professional. We are highly satisfied.

They where unable to come that day, but Tim the owner help calm me down and advised me on how to get through the night. He even called twice to see how things where going!! He called around 7 am to be sure I still needed services. Al came an hour earlier than scheduled and did an excellent job. I also had a front light repaired!! It is not often you experience this type of customer service. Al installed the GFI adapter and my Hot Tub was up an running!! I now have a electrical company to work with. Again thank you! Great quality work and professional technician. Not so good in communication when it came to project detail, to confirming appointment and items needed. Happy with the outcome little not happy with the communications that took place.

Rack rate for hourly electrical work. Have the feeling that the project should have been billed by the job rather than hourly. That's not quite how it works in the business though. Online presence of group leaves one nervous about what to expect. Reaching anyone directly to discuss the job is difficult. A proper, central voicemail that when not answered gets forwarded to the on-call person is needed. No charge for the road trip to I-96 & US23 area, also good to know. Not everyone does this trip without travel time charges. In the end, the work and professionalism spoke more about ability than that of the phone responses. Good team to work with.

The lights in our bathroom were not working. It was a plug that had loose wiring that was in the guest bedroom that was burning that was interrupting further on down the circuit. Randy did a wonderful job explaining what was going on and fixed the problem.
