Found this pro on Homeadvisor. I called and Tim picked up right away. He was very accommodating and informative. I set up an appointment for the next day. The tech Rob showed up on time and I noticed he was very considerate about keeping my house clean. He jumped right into diagnosing. He also told me how I can improve our electrical systems and how to prevent the problems I had from happening again in the future. The work tool a couple of hours and I was very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this pro and the company for anyone needing a repair or considering updating/upgrading the electrical systems.

Take your business to elsewhere. Looks like it's hit or miss with these guys, despite the good reviews. Or maybe they're fake reviews. Sloppy work and brash customer service. Very disappointed I paid a premium price for sub par level work.

They went above and beyond what I expected

It took two tries, but they stuck with it and the results are great! Apparently wiring in older homes can be a bit more challenging, but once Rick knew what he was up against, the work went smoothly. I will have these folks do my next project.

The requested service was not completed. I discovered that I needed a new switch, which was not checked by the technician.
