Energy First

I should of known the service would of been subpar when the price was right and less expensive than the rest of the companies we bid. The windows installed were okay except they are difficult to close correctly with the lock, you have to push on the opposite end to get it to close properly. That is very inconvenient and I am not happy with the poor quality but you get what you pay for. Also, we had a problem with our weather stripping last fall on our sliding glass door screen (it only took 4 months to fail) and we just got it back after 7 months of me hounding the business to demand some service. As we get it back, the screen door does not open or close easy at all--it is brand new and I can't get it to work. I told the company and they said they "would look into it"--GEEZ!! I am confident that will never be fixed and I will never hear from them again. Do not use Energy First if you want good service. The quality of windows we received were equal to the cheaper price we paid so I can not complain about that--you do get what you pay for people.
