Julian and Kevin did an amazing job repairing and resurfacing a lot of textured drywall and I couldn't be more pleased. They were a pleasure to work with and delivered on the job as promised. I'll be hiring them again for future projects.

We had the best experience with Julian and his crew. Our sump pump failed in our finished basement and my father in law helped us find Llama's Construction to do the renovation work. Julian came out right away to give us an estimate and provided us with a timeline of when work would begin and end. We felt very comfortable with him right away and in my opinion trust is one of the most important things in any home project, sometimes it is not easy letting a stranger(s) come into your home but we felt at ease with Julian and he met all of our needs. Replacement of wood, install of insulation, drywall replacement and repair, painting, install of molding and more. I am so thankful that we crossed paths as now should we need his services in the future we have someone in our corner that we know we can count on and trust. Thank you Julian and crew!!! You truly exceeded our expectations!

Had ceiling damage from a leaky roof. Hired Llamas to repair the ceilings. Julian did an excellent job. I would recommend.

Plaster repaired 2800 sq ft house in a day and half. Including smoothing textured walls and ceiling for a half bath. Prompt responses through the entire project. Thoroughly explained all steps of plaster repair process. Gave customer confidence that job would be completed correctly.

Unfortunately there was some damage done to my floors, paint,and banister for some work I had done. The rest of the work turned out very nice. Julian was great until I had some feedback and additional details I needed them to work on. So if your job is going great there is no issue, if there are concerns and you bring them up, he seems to not handle that very well and he became very hostile/upset. It s unfortunate because some of his work was very good but I would not work with him again based on his way of handling working through some adjustments that needed to be made.

Julian was courteous and clear on what the plan was for our project. He was willing to work around our schedule, and did a great job with our project. He placed mats on the floor and cleaned up well, given the work involved. If I have any more projects, he will be one of the first I call. I highly recommend Julian for any projects involving plaster or ceiling repair.

It was a pleasure to have Julian do some patch work at our home . He came on time , he was very presentable and most of all he did great work ! He reminded me of my passed grandfather . I really enjoyed talking with him . I would highly recommend using him .

I hired Julian from Llamas Construction to do a small plaster repair job at my apartment building in Dearborn. He was supposed to do the work, then send me pics of the completed work along with an invoice and I would pay him over the phone via credit card. Instead, Julian sent me a message that he was almost done and to call him. However, I was in an important meeting and could not call him back for about 1 hour. By that time he aggressively ripped out his repair work! I have been in the real estate business for 40 years and have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from Julian and Llamas Construction.
