Description of Work: Mike came to my house to supply me with an estimate. He arrived promptly and told me that he was very busy and did not know when he would be able to do the job. I said I was not in a hurry. He said he would was leaving for vacation the following day, but would work up the estimate and either call or e-mail me. He did neither. He told me that if he was unable to do the job because he was too busy, he would supply with the name of a competitor to which he frequently referred customers when he was too busy to perform the service. He did not do that either.

Description of Work: replaced toilet. They did a fine job, but as a consumer buying a toilet for the first time, I would have found a list of what to look for very useful ; example : inches from wall, types of flushes, capacity, shapes, compact vs tall. I made a comparison list myself after a few hours of looking at all the choices; it would have been great to have been furnished with such a list to help make a selection.

Went great.
Description of Work: Mark was prompt and polite. This is an old house with old sink that presented some potential complications. He explained things as he went along and we made decisions as the work progressed. They installed a quality faucet in a little over an hour. Nice job. I'd use them again in a minute. The price was fair. I'd only give an excellent rating if I thought I got a deal.
