All I can say is the guys worked a MIRACLE in my basement! The water was top shoe level(over the shoe strings on your shoes) and I had lost hope of it being drained. The guys came in and after many tries they were able to pull some of the roots out to where the water started to flow down. They did not sugar coat my issue and explained to me about roots in the pipe in a way where I didnt feel like a complete fool. Jerrod and his partner(Mike I think unsure if thats right. sorry) were determined,polite and very nice. I would recommend them again and again.

After Hours set an actual appointment time with me, unlike others who gave me a 4 to 7 hour window of when they would show up for an estimate. Jared and his partner came out on a Saturday morning, on time, and gave me a fair estimate and showed me their BBB grade (A-). They also informed me that plumbers are required to show customers their plumbers licenses, which I didn't know, and that I should make sure to ask for that from anyone else giving me an estimate. Jared was willing to do the work the next day (Sunday), which was impressive. Working people like me need after-hours and weekend services, and this company does just that. On Sunday, he called me an hour before he showed up to let me know what time he'd be at the house and he was on time. The work was completed in less than an hour, after which he showed me what he did. He also matched the price of another estimate and was friendly and professional. I would definitely call After Hours again.
