Keith's design alone was worth the money but the execution was perfect as well. Particularly on the stairs; he carefully constructed a staggered path with 2 stopping points/mini decks to make the path down easier to navigate, and, it is build so sturdily it acts also as an erosion barrier for the hill behind it. We oftentimes have boaters pull up along side to review the approach he took--I think they are the "best stairs on the lake". The porch was made to our small manufactured lake house, and again, executed perfectly. It's roughly 500 sg ft, completely screened/windowed about and fits so well with the construction of the house you would not know it was an addition. I can't say enough positive things about Keith Dawson. There was a slight electrical issue (possibly due to critters actually) some years after the porch was installed and he came right over and replaced the switch, no questions asked and no charge. Keith continues to give us counsel on general construction issues, big and small. A good man that is welcome in our home any time.

He is a perfectionist and he is a nice guy so he was great to have in our home. I heard good things about him and we were not disappointed.
