I experienced Jeff Platko as a buyer on one of his listings. After my inspection turned up extensive termite damage that wasn’t in the sellers disclosure, I backed out of the sale. When we asked why he didn’t include that, he claimed he never went into the basement. I was shocked by how unprofessional he acted afterward. Insisting my realtor convince me to buy it anyway. He asked for the name of the inspection company/inspector and then harassed them over the phone for telling me about the damage. Really disappointing how upset he was over not getting to pass off a house on an uninformed buyer.

Jake took care of me through the whole process of shopping and purchase. He is honest in the advice he gives you, is concerned with making sure you find what you are looking for. Always available to answer questions, makes sure you understand each part of the process and what will be required. Always felt he had my best interests at the forefront of the whole process. He is a great person and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know.

Jake is excellent! He took care of us every step of the way. My husband and I were purchasing our first home, and we felt 100% confident with Jake as our realtor. He was always available when we needed him and whenever we had questions. He was very patient on our long house hunt. It took us almost 5 months to find our dream home. Jake explained everything to us in a way we could understand. And when it was time to deal with numbers, he was very realistic and honest with us. He has a very pleasant and professional attitude. Jake never made us feel pressured or overwhelmed.
