They never removed the fall leaves, never responded to texts or phone calls. I am elderly and unable to rake so my layers of leaves sat all winter. Paid my monthly cutting fee every month. They also missed my lawn cutting twice and needed to be called. Again, no explanation or call but they did show up a few days later. I had home improvement done and because the leaves weren't picked up those workers had to remove leaves from window area and sidewalk to ensure their safety. Ron said I never called and asked for the leaves to be done. I have a record of pictures I took and sent him with my inquiry about my leaves. Twice. I learned from a friend who also uses them that his worker told her on the last cutting that it was a good thing she was doing her own leaves because Rob didn't hire enough workers. Rob told BBB that they weren't done because winter came early. REally????? All my friends who use a service had their leaves picked up.

I was very satisfied. They were very prompt. They come the same day each week. They do a good job. I think they are very reliable. I have no problems whatsoever with their people. They have been very good. Their price was right in line with everybody else. They would do any additional work.

They usually do not start until May but I have them come out regularly. They do a fine job. I have no complaints with their work but my wife was not too happy with the trimming so she talked to them and they seemed to straighten that out. They do demonstrate their professionalism. They come out right away when I asked them to. They do a special cutting and their prices are fair. I do not have any negative statements about them.
