Description of Work: 1. They pumped my septic tank sometime in 2011 or 12, not sure of the cost but it was same price range as 2 or 3 others. They were prompt, did a good job and cleaned up afterward. | |2. Sometime in 2012 they replaced the pressure tank for my well. Again they did a good job. Had to pull the well to fix a valve also. The men who were here were polite and helpful pointing out a few thing I could do to simplify my life. | |3. Due to a report in Consumers Reports about hot water tanks over 6 years old (mine is 10) they said it was probably good for a few more months. I Wanted some time to research efficient tanks so I did not have them install a new one. I will have them do it when I decide. One reason for water conditioner and draining tank once a year. Description of Work: Replace xtrol tank unclogged kitchen drain. Priced tank @ home depot For $ 130. Was here about 2.5 hrs.

Description of Work: Service rep/ owner was here on time and determined the problem and was out within 2 hrs. Plumber had to replace xtrol tank and pressure gauge and then move on to a very slow drain that we had tried ourselves to unplug. Instead of dragging it out and wasting time chatting and asking a ton of questions, He quickly asked what the symptoms were and instantly determined the problem. I called him the day before he preformed the service and was here the next morning. Haven't gotten the bill yet, but when a plumber is here the very next morning, AND on time I don't care what he charges me. I will definately be using John Gray Plumbing again.
