I can't speak highly enough about Jody and Cecil! After my new home in Kennebunkport sustained some water damage, I needed to have my living room and master bathroom reconstructed. The construction mess was beyond what I expected it to be and I needed a cleaning team that could clean everything from the ceiling down to the floor (and everything in between). I also needed a cleaning team that was as meticulous and cleanly as me. I found that in Jody and Cecil. They did such an incredible job for me. And, to top it off, they are super friendly and courteous. I'm so happy I found them!

They came here and wanted to know what my needs were. They just took over. They were very polite, satisfied with the price, very fast and courteous. They cleaned everything. I cannot say how great they were. Definitely recommend 

Jody and Cecil were a pleasure to work with - right from the start. Very responsive. Came over to our large renovation project. Walked through every room. We discussed options and approaches. They fully understood our need to pull all the construction dust down from the ceilings and walls, off the casings and doors, windows, and moldings. Everything was washed, polished, and finished clean. They cleaned 4900 sq ft top to bottom. Five bathrooms. a new kitchen. All appliances. They cleaned every window, removing stickers and making everything shine. They were prompt, communicated really well and we had an amazing experience. These folks do a really good job. They are personable but businesslike and I am very impressed with the quality of their work.

Jody and Cecil are very professional and very accommodating. I am confident when a renter comes into my beach condo the place will be spotless. Jody also advises me on products to provide and ways to improve a guestâ s experience. Carterâ s is a good cleaning service.

Cecil was fantastic and took time to walk through the property before giving an estimate (one for deep cleaning, one for cleanings thereafter). He and his wife did a great job on the deep clean and one clean since. He is extremely personable and has been flexible in scheduling. We will continue to use them.

This is a wonderful cleaning service. They are professional, thorough, and did a spotless job in my home.. They are not only take pride in their work and they are the best cleaners I have ever hired. The Carterâ  s use high quality equipment including a HEPA vacuum. Their definition of clean is over the top. We are setting up a regular cleaning schedule.

Jody was outstanding - I needed my house cleaned on short notice after a renovation and she went the extra mile to fit me in. They were very efficient with a crew of 3 and cleaned my house top to bottom in under 4 hours. They even did the insides of all my windows, which I wasn't expecting! Would definitely use again!

Upon first meeting with Jodi and Cecile at my Renovation Project I knew right away that they took pride in their work and business. They were both very personable and professional, and I knew right then that they held themselves and their service to a high standard and put their customers first. When they left they told me that the house would be sparkling when they were finished. They were not kidding! My flip had just gone through 3 months of extensive rehabbing and everything needed extensive cleaning from the ceilings, windows, to the flooring. After two days I walked into an absolutely sparkling house. They did not miss one thing! Needless to say, I was very impressed with the work they had done, and there is no doubt they will be my go to cleaning company for all of my properties, and my clients homes as well. Hands down the best.

I highly recommend Cartersâ  Cleaning. They have been cleaning my home, which I now use as a vacation rental, for three years, and they do a spectacular job. My house is over 100 years old and on the ocean, and it is not an easy house to keep clean, especially with vacation renters. Cecil and Jodann Carter, the owners, are meticulous and thorough, and they take pride in their work. They start with a comprehensive spring cleaning, top to bottom, which makes the house shine. In the regular weekly cleanings, they follow all the stringent hygienic recommendations of the CDC. Somehow they polish the worn hardwood floors to give them a soft glow, even with loads of foot traffic and sand. The house looks welcoming and spotlessly clean for each new renter when they check in. The Carters are also pleasant to work with. They are friendly and clearly enjoy their work. When occasional difficulties arise, they communicate effectively and work with me to find a positive resolution. I have hired many cleaners in the past, and I believe that Cartersâ  Cleaning is the best Iâ  ve ever had. I give them five stars. Actually, I never realized the house could look this good!

They are wonderful. My husband and I have been renting summer homes up in Maine for over 20 years and they are far superior than any other cleaning company we have used. Jodi Ann and Cecil are the owners and will go above and beyond. They will do extra things for you if needed that other cleaning company's wont do. They treat my home like they would their home. We hired Carter's Cleaning for a 'move in' cleaning for our new home. They are a family owned and operated cleaning business and take pride in their work. Jodi and Cecil were a pleasure to have working for us, always polite and pleasant. They both are very personable and friendly. Their cleaning ethic is top notch and attention to detail rivaled my own. We were together for 2 days and I watched them scrub, polish and clean non stop, even the windows ladies inside and out, how great is that! Great duo - they did all the right things and cleaned extremely thoroughly like was done in the past-moved furniture, handled things carefully, put in a long full days work and still pleasant and smiling. Best I ve seen in a decade or more! Do not hesitate to try them- you will be thrilled! Hurry and book them~but leave room for me to get them back on regular schedule!!
