No complaint with the job he did, but was not happy with the way handled things. He did a good job of cleaning up the computer and I have no complaint there. He told me I needed new speakers and said he would deliver them for $40. I agreed, but after he left my present speakers started working. I called him to cancel the order and asked for the $40. back. He refused to give me the money and suggested that instead of returning it I should just consider it a tip for services rendered. His bill clearly states that he worked 4 hours, but then he said he really worked 8 hours. His web page said that if he couldn't fix a problem in 4 hours the rest would be FREE. I felt really intimidated and because he is a neighbor I decided to let it go. Another neighbor said that she had hired him one and would never call him again. However, I would warn anyone wanting to do business with him to seriously give it a second thought and find someone else. If this is how he treats a neighbor, I can't imagine how he would treat a stranger. I decided to drop it because I don't want a war with a neighbor.
Description of Work: Cleaned up my PC and restored it to working order.
