Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: I called and left a message explaining what I that I wanted a hallway carpet, a family room carpet and a living room 9 by 12' area rug cleaned before Christmas. I left my name, home phone number and cell phone number in that message. I also mentioned that I live in Cumberland Center less than a mile away from him. He never responded. I waited 5 days and finally called another company who was able to clean my carpets today (12/10/2014). |I realize that this is a busy time of year and he might not have been able to schedule me before Christmas but to not even respond to my request was very disappointing.

Description of Work: The gentlemen from Bone Dry were very nice and did a wonderful job on my carpets. I am very very pleased and would definitely ask them to do work for me again. They were effecient and moved furniture for me and very kind. I feel they did above and beyond .

Description of Work: I had my 2nd floor carpeting cleaned. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. My only disappointment was that I was charged an additional fee to travel to my location, even though their write up on Angie's List included my county. Otherwise, a great experience.

Description of Work: Bone Dry did an excellent job in all three rooms; this included cleaning beige carpet in an area that is walked on multiple times a day, and getting rid of a messy thick dried-in stain that I had made much worse by trying to clean it myself. The two workers, Joel and John, worked quickly and efficiently, were responsive to my concerns, and moved small pieces of furniture out of the three rooms with no nicks or scratches. Three cheers for Bone Dry!

Description of Work: I requested this service but the e mailed me and told me they don't service my area unless I paid a travel fee. I didn't feel I wanted to pay the extra fee.

Description of Work: I wanted to have Bone Dry clean my hardwood floors but they let me know they do not service my area so I want to cancel and get a refund next time I will know to call first and make sure they service my area.

Description of Work: The issue was a combination of my first time using Angie's List and not calling Bone Dry first to confirm service area and charges. The ad read, "Service area includes: Cumberland County; and portions of Androscoggin, Oxford, and York Counties. Please call service provider prior to purchasing deal to ensure your serviceable area." (Quote taken directly from their ad on A's List) I find the details on the deal re the service area and charges to be ambiguous. It does say to call to ensure your serviceable area, but the ad reads Cumberland County which I took to mean all of Cumberland County as they indicate "portions" of some of the other counties. Also, nothing is mentioned about a travel charge for customers further than 15 miles from their base of operation. Afterwards I checked their website and it does indicate a $20 travel fee for customers beyond the 15 miles. I take that to mean $20 inclusive not $20 each way for a total of $40 which is what they quoted me. Also, until I questioned them about the $40 travel fee they didn't mention anything about the $189 Angie's List deal for customers outside of the 15 miles. Throughout our communication they were professional but I just found too many details confusing and ambiguous which makes me very leery. Thus the request for the refund. I don't wish to give them a bad review as it was my first experience using a service provider on Angie's List and some of the responsibility certainly lies with me, but I do think that the wording of their ad re travel charges and the 15 mile distance could definitely be clearer.

Description of Work: Really wonderful fun, accomodating. I needed a last minute carpet clean and he was able to rearrange to fit my move out schedule. Super nice guys.

Description of Work: Carpet hadn't been cleaned for a year or so. Three people spent about 3 hours with cleaning and dealing with trouble spots, and they moved furniture as needed. They love animals so they were conscientious about their presence.

Description of Work: They worked pure magic. This cleaning was a last ditch effort before new carpet. They did an amazing job and got out all really old stains. Very impressed.

Description of Work: Excellent job on grout and carpet cleaning. Grout never looked better. Carpet cleaning was great - very clean and very dry quickly.

Description of Work: They cleaned my floors and the grout. Because of some inconsistency in grout colors from when my floor was installed they ended up having to apply a stain to my grout to get it to one color. They gave me a few color options to choose from and recommended a color based on their experience. The floor looks AMAZING! Several friends have asked if I had a new floor installed. In addition my floor was also double the square footage of the original special offered and they very reasonable in priced for cleaning and staining. | |Thank you!
