I cannot give high enough praise to Brandon from the Grout Medic. He repaired a poor installation of my new kitchen's backsplash that was originally done by a building contractor. First of all, he arrived to do a site inspection and gave me hope. He was sympathetic to my needs and helped me understand clearly what needed to be done Brandon and his coworker arrived on time and quickly got to work. The finished project is stunning. Medic is the right word to describe what he does. He turned a very poor tile job into something I am proud to show off. Thank you Brandon!

Brandon arrived on time to assess the job. He completed the job quickly and left the jobs site spotless. He did his best to help eliminate our original bad grout job as the source of leaks in our shower for a fair price. The shower and bathroom floor look so much better! If you have cracked, gaping or stained grout hire this guy!

Brandon was great. Friendly, prompt, hard-working, fair. He called me right away to schedule an appointment and due to a cancellation was able to schedule me in next day. While I was very happy with his work, he was not 100% happy so he gave me a discount. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

I had a leak in my tiled master shower and wasn't completely sure of the source. Brandon came out on a Sunday took a look and identified that it was a relatively minor issue and offered to fix it for free. Ultimately re-caulking the shower will help it stay leak free longer and I'm definitely planning to use Brandon for the job. He was very respectful of our home taking is shoes of and even texting me when he got to the house so as to not wake the baby! Highly recommend.

Worked with us on the issues we were having in our shower, gave us our options, and then fixed it. Just as important was that he reassured that he'd work with us throughout the process - not just come in, make an attempt, and be gone. Highly recommend!!
