I know he does good work and his work has always been quality. He has done many projects for me and his prices are reasonable.

A friend of a friend recommended him to me and I called and set up an appointment to fix a leak with the faucet (a white Kohler). He said it would be better if I just got it replaced and recommended American Standard because Kohler had gone down in value lately. I purchased an American Standard faucet online and had him come back and install it. You could tell he cared about his workmanship and he was training someone else in the same values and skills. I would definitely use him again if needed.

Well, he rolled with the typical home owner questions - hey while you are here could you. Good thing was he always explained all of the options, details and costs. He never once said anything unprofessional and always gave suggestions that really shows his years of experience (and highlighted what little I knew). Love the fact that is super anal about doing things right and perfect. We did run into one complication with the building, not his fault, but it presented a serious challenge to installing any plumbing to the upper floors. He tried twice to work around it and on the third attempt he made it work. I think he took it as a personal challenge, but it did save me a ton of $$$. The inspectors and myself were amazed that he pulled it off with out having to redo a lot to accommodate the piping. He really planned out the entire layout to where it is more useful, functional, and works way better than the designer had on the plans. He is a bit of talker but in his defense, he chats for ten minutes and pulls everything off in a couple of minutes like it was nothing. I have had a couple of plumbers do other work for the outside portion, they took longer and their work failed inspections. I hired them since it was work added on after I hired Jim and he was really busy at the time. I had Jim redo their work since it was just not very good. He is by far the best I have hired. Pros: Anal work ethic Honest Awesome value Stays in touch if late Cleans up whatever mess they create Cons: I guess when you are this good, you tend to be very very very busy, Book in advance (unless emergency I guess) and you will be happy. If not, you have to be patient with his insane schedule. Good news I booked way in advance and it went smooth.
