San Valley is the remodeling contractor you WANT TO HIRE. I am a real estate professional and had a major remodeling project to do. Mr. Maldonado, the owner, is very professional and very courteous to work with. His team is fast, efficient, pays attention to detail, does quality work and reasonably priced. I am a realtor and have used this company to make repairs to homes prior to listing for sale. This crew was extremely professional, friendly and reliable. They repaired and painted walls; gutted and remodeled a full basement; removed wood paneling and put up drywall; repaired a wood floor; removed and installed new carpeting and tile and repaired a deck. I would highly recommend them.
