He didn't follow the plans. He placed the shower six feet high when it should have been three feet. He cut through the brand new tile that was just installed. The shower pan leaked. The toilet piping was the wrong size. When installing the plumbing for the Jacuzzi his hammer slipped and chipped the tile on the edge of the tub. He was just sloppy. I still deal with issues with the toilet and it cant be fixed unless we tear up all the tile. He was also paid to install plumbing in the upstairs laundry room, I found out years later that it was incorrect. He installed the hot and cold handles wrong and neglected to add 20 feet of copper connecting to the water lines. I didn't find this out until years later when I went to finish the laundry room. He was paid for that work and it was copper piping not used so that was a rip off.
