Andrew's Lawn Service

Andrew came when he said he would and completed the work within the timeframe he estimated. It looks great and the bushes have survived the summer thus far. He is a very reliable person and has helped us in the past. Last fall, he extended the driveway flower bed and did a great job. Also he is very responsive. For example, when our mower was in the shop, he came and cut our grass for us. I know he is busy with his commercial contracts, but we appreciate that he fit us into his schedule. A couple of years ago, when we had a cottonwood tree hit our house, another company wanted to charge us over $1,000 to remove it (even when it was already laying on the ground!) but Andrew came right away and charged less than half that (we also saved by having him roll the short logs into the woods where they have quickly started to decompose). Finally, about 5 years ago we came home from vacation to find a tree laying across our driveway - we called Andrew and he was there within the hour and cut it out of our way. He did a thorough job with that ivy removal - I have seen only a couple of small pieces start to grow back, and I expected a lot more pieces to have been left (they would have if I had done the job). It is not easy to get out ivy once established! I appreciate that he has shown that he is thorough and reliable, which is very important in my book!
