Excellent. Jeff was prompt for the in home consultation, gave us a very competitive price and schedule the work at a convenient time. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, did great work. The paint work on the walls was great. We had them use Behr paint over the recommended SW based on Consumer Reports. The walls look great, no brush/roller marks. They did have to come back to redo some areas where they taped and had to re-sand and paint, also areas they missed where corner plaster came off and they had just painted over, not filled in prior to painting. They had to come back twice to fix areas on our cabinets where it was very thick and dripping paint had dried and came back to repaint areas they forgot after re-sanding. They also painted over the inside cabinet stoppers/padding which caused the paint to stick on the inside of the cabinets and we had to fight to open the doors, which they fixed. The one thing we were promised is that they would leave everything cleaner than they found it. We're still removing paint off our Pergo flooring and counter tops, they didn't use any type of drop cloth at all while painting. We also had them come back to remove paint off our appliances, front door and all over our kitchen sink which they used to clean their brushes. They painted while we were gone for a week. They did work quickly and got everything painted in 2 days, but had to return to redo many things. Everyone was very kind and courteous to work with.

All went well. Michael Herzog the owner went over all details with us and satisfied us with type of paint to be used and what time it would take. He sent Edwin and his crew who were very good at what they did.

I couldn't in good conscience recommend this company to anyone! Oddly it started out well when they showed up and provided an estimate quickly and with a great price. However, a day after signing a contract, I emailed inquiring about adding another piece to the contract. Over the course of 3 months, I called multiple times and sent at least 4 emails asking if I could receive a quote. I never received a quote and finally, after work had been started, I was given a price to do work. After waiting for clear, warm weather, we eventually received a phone call saying work would start on one of two given days. By the third day, I again had to check in about when they would be starting. The sales rep told me that I had misheard what he said and he had never confirmed that work would start on one of those two days. My neighbor was also having work done and was also told that she had misheard what was said. During the painting, we arranged a meeting to go over colors with one of the sales reps. At the time of the meeting when I texted to see when he would arrive, he told me i had the date wrong (which is ironic because he also told my neighbor that she had the date wrong...how coincidental that we both got dates wrong....again...) When we did reschedule, the sales rep called a few hours before to say that he was cancelling to instead attend a family obligation, leaving us with the lead painter who didn't have a strong grasp on English. We went over things with him, and then he hardly was on the job for the rest of the time, leading to several halted conversations trying to communicate the colors with the crew. On the last day of painting, the sales rep showed up demanding to know how we would be paying. When we told him we needed to move some financing around, he gave us a deadline of *that evening* (which was a Saturday) to send him a CC number. At this point, still not having had the additional work done, we were hesitant to move forward and wanted to weigh our options. At 830pm that Saturday, I received a text saying I needed to pay, despite never having received an invoice. I did receive one the next day, that looked like it might have been the first one they ever sent, along with a message that I needed to pay. Two days later, at 930pm, I received another text saying I needed to pay. The following morning, I received a voicemail saying I needed to pay by CC or he was coming to get a check. Mind you, at this point, it had been 2.5 business days since the work had been completed. When I responded to the email saying we had officially decided not to do the additional work and would need an adjusted invoice, I received a response with the updated invoice and a message saying I needed to pay because the painters were "pressing to be paid." I have never been harrassed by a contractor in this manner. On Friday, 6 days after the job had been completed, I started receiving voicemails from the owner of the company telling me I needed to pay. I was made to feel as though I was late in payment and personally hurting the crew he had subbed to. After months of being unavailable, they all of a sudden were using every method they could to track down payment from me...all less than one week after the job had been completed. Not only would I never recommend them based on the customer service, but I also have serious qualms contracting with a company that seemingly can't pay their subs without your payment. Overall the painters themselves did a nice job on the home but this was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had with a contractor and could never use or recommend them, even to an enemy.

It was a great experience. They provide very good customer service. Ryan, the estimator, was very pleasant and professional. Tim and Eddie did a fantastic job. Their work and attention to detail was impressive. They even saw that the paint I provided was not mixed correctly before they started, giving me time to go get the correct color. I will use them again.

After the shower was removed, one worker put his leg through our basement ceiling bending the brackets that hold up the ceiling tiles and busting a panel or two. They did fix that and used a remaining tile we had left. When they removed the toilet, they did not tell us that the valve was leaking and they just put a measuring cup under it to collect the water. It overflowed during the night causing another basement ceiling tile to be damaged. We had used our last tile and the owner just said to go buy new ones and switch around the tiles so the new ones would not be obvious if we could not match them rather than reporting it to his liability company saying that he had damages the tiles. None of the ceiling tiles out there match them and he also suggested painting them and that did not work. Also, after the work was done, we spotted another leak. We had a plumber here and he stated that the workers did not replace the toilet correctly cause another ceiling tile to be damaged. When they mixed the grout for the tiles they apparently did not do it correctly as the color was not the same when they did the next batch - two different color grout is in the bathroom (we asked them to correct it and they did not - said they did, but did not.). When they did the shower they did not wait for the tile adhesive to completely dry when they put in the glass tile and the heavier tile came down on top of it. They ripped it out and and started it over and still they did not get the the grout spacing correct. We wanted to end the contract but was more or less threatened by Mike the owner stating he had a lot of money invested and THEY WERE GOING TO FINISH THE JOB. We decided to let them finish it and have regretted it. They then resorted to a caulk grout instead of mixing the regular grout which again does not match. Tiles are not level. The paint job was not done in compliance with the contract terms. The first day three workers arrived. The one went and painted the 2nd bathroom with two coats of paint. He did not prep or prime the ceiling or walls. There were nail pops and divits that needed to be fixed and spackled - he didn't do it. They had to paint it a third time So they told us to mark the areas that needed to be done - a professional painter would never tell the customer to mark the areas - you can see it yourself. Even after marking the areas we still see places he missed today. In the master bedroom there were places they spackled but did not sand down so there are a few lumps on the wall. In the bathroom they apparently did not wait for the first coat of paint to dry and repainted the walls. Apparently from the painters not letting the paint dry before applying the second coat, the humidity is causing the paint to bubble. They installed a wood baseboard. That is now coming away from the wall as where they put the caulk, it is now splitting. When we complained to the owner he only defended his workers. He would have us look at the bathroom from the bedroom and it would look okay but after the workers left and we could go in and inspect it further, we found all kinds of errors. We contacted Mike the owner four times to have his workers come back - they came back and some things were repaired and others they ignored. We sent him another text that work still needed to be done and he did not respond to it. After that we did not contact him again. We paid them the money at the end assuming that everything had been done properly since we are not able to go into the bathroom while they were working in it. We also believe that we should have to look over their shoulders every second that they are here if they are true professionals. I waited this long to complete this review to be sure the shower did not leak. So far it has not. A friend of ours also had paint work done by this company and she was not pleased at all as they were to remove wall paper and when they arrived at her house - acted as if they did not know how to remove it and then did not move a bathroom light that she told them had to be removed as it had wall paper underneath it and just painted around it. They wanted to paint her place without prepping the walls and wanted to paint around all the light plates and outlets rather than removing them. This company does not have professional people working for them.
Description of Work: Contract was to prep, prime and paint walls, ceiling, trim and doors in: 2nd bedroom and closet, master bedroom and closet and master bathroom. In master bathroom, remove fiberglass shower and install new tiled shower with glass door. Remove floor tile and re-tile floor.

I hired this company as they had done work for my father and done a good job. However my experience was not the same. The painter arrived late day one and appeared rushed the entire time to complete by two day commitment. Worse than this was the sloppiness of paint on the carpet, on the wood floors, and even on coats in the closet. He also broke my trim ring on a sun tunnel and damaged the trim around the attic entry. I literally spent nearly six hours cleaning and painting behind their painter which is the exact reason they were hired... to avoid me having to invest the time. The walls and ceiling were done well, the trim and doors reflected being rushed. I spoke with management about the concern and they refunded me some of the money but I didn't feel it was an equitable response. It's clear they are capable but my job was not up to my standards or theirs is my assessment, but it happened and the resolution wasn't satisfactory in my opinion.

The service was wonderful. After I contacted the company, they inspected the job and provided an estimate the next day. Mike was very nice and explained the extent of the job. The price was acceptable and lower than another estimate by 17%. I agreed to the contract and they were at my house at 8 AM the next day to paint. The painter was excellent. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up any paint chips before he left. There were no streaks in the painted areas. He announced when he arrived (on time) and gave me the opportunity to inspect the work before he left. They did such a good job that I hired them again on 09/07/16 to do an even bigger painting job. This went just as smoothly as my first encounter. I have recommended them to a neighbor of mine. This is the first time I have had work done to my house without ending up with a "stress" headache. TRY THEM!
Description of Work: I had the front shutters, front door, backdoor and back bay window painted. Prior to painting, the areas were scraped and sand scraped. A drop cloth was used to protect the flooring under the front door. All areas received two coats of paint.

I got four estimates for interior wall paper removal and painting. His estimate was considerably lower than the others. The painters showed up timely on the day they were suppose to and worked neatly and professionally and finished when they said they would. I was pleased with their work with the only reservation was they did not clean up as well as I would have liked. I raised the issue with the owner of the company and he said he would take care of any clean up problems and he did. Were so pleased with him and his painters we used them again to paint the exterior of our home. Which again was done in a professional manner including the clean up. We would not hesitate to have him do additional work for us or to recommend him to others.
