Cleaned vent, never touched dryer

I found this company through Angie's List. They were $200 cheaper than another company's estimate. The day before the service, the company called to ask if they could arrive earlier than the scheduled time. This was completely fine with me. I was very appreciative of their communication throughout the entire process. They completed a thorough job. They were familiar with their duties, professional, and courteous. They do carpet cleaning as well. I was so satisfied with their services that I will more than likely contact them to clean my carpets. For the duct cleaning, they charge per house rather than per duct.

The worker was about 20 minutes late but considering I live in the DC area I understand that traffic can happen. The worker was very friendly and did an outstanding job.

The technicians called before they arrived because they were running a little early so they wanted to make sure I was home. When they arrived they were courteous and well mannered. They explained the process and got to work. After they were done I saw my air ducts and I can say I have never seen them that clean in my life. They did a wonderful job and now my daughter (who has asthma)does not wake up in the middle of the night like she used to.

I called R C Duct Cleaning. I spoke with Ms. De De. She talked to me like I was a friend. You have to call to understand. We set a time & date. Well I was not there when Mark the technician came over, so I called Ms. De de and she said, "No problem, Mr. Brown - I will call Mark and get back with you. Mark called and said he was at home but no problem. Mark came over with a smile, cleaned the duct, the duct covers, and he sanitized the ducts. He explained every step - I mean every step. Now our house has an E.N.T. to provide relief.

The technician arrived on time. However, when he realized that I still had my night clothes on, he offered to give me a little more time if I needed it. He was very thorough, friendly, and was very patient and professional in answering my questions in regard to how the procedure would work. He also gave me advice on how often to have my air ducts cleaned to avoid unnecessary buildup.

MY WIFE AND I WERE HAVING TROUBLE BREATHING, AND WERE SUFFERING FROM SEVERE ALLERGIES DUE TO THE VENTS IN OUR HOUSE THAT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS HAD BEEN UNCLEAN. THANKS TO THE RC DUCT CREW NOT ONLY DID OUR DUST DISAPPEAR, BUT SO DID OUR ALLERGIES. THANKS RC DUCT CREW YOU ARE TRULY HELPING US LIVE A HAPPIER HEALTHIER LIFE.

I THINK THEY ARE OUTSTANDING, AND HAVE GREAT SERVICE. I HAVE NOT HAD TO COMPLAIN ONCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SERVICE.
