My initial call to make an appointment went smoothly. On the day of service, they arrived within the time interval they gave, when I placed the service request. They explained the steps they were going to perform. They worked efficiently and organized. They tried to clean up after themselves as much as possible. But inevitably there was dust all over the house/furniture at the end of the process. Their price for Angie's List members ($250) was one of the cheapest among the companies I called. They suggested sanitizing the air ducts for an additional $35. I don't think sanitizing worth the money. It just involves spraying an all purpose disinfectant on the vents. I could have easily done that myself. They also forgot cleaning one of the vents, and when I opened it, it was full of dirt. On the overall, they did a good job, but not excellent, hence the B for quality.

They were probably experienced and knowledgeable but it seemed to me they did not have the correct tools to do the job. They did blow a fuse because they used an outlet that I told them would not handle their machine. All in all they did okay.

They did great job. They were friendly on the phone. They came on time. They did their job. They through in some sanitizer for free. I would recommend them and use them again.

He came on time and set up. It took him less time then he told me originally. He was very thorough. He did put everything back how he found it. The price was exactly what they said.

The machine broke down half way through the cleaning, so the rep scheduled to come back the next day and said since their machine broke they would take off for the price of the sanitizing spray ($35). He came back the next day and finished the job, no problem.

The technician called me and came early. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up all debris.

Very friendly and professional technician completed the entire job in less than 2 hours. Additionally, he was receptive to my questions and was willing to listen and address my concerns. We just moved into our home and suspected that our air ducts were the cause of our sudden allergies. I checked Angie's List and saw that RC Duct Cleaning had been highly rated. I called them yesterday and mentioned that I read about them on Angie's List. The representative was extremely courteous and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time. He was extremely polite and explained the work thoroughly. He got started right away. I was extremely impressed with the care he took in removing our vents. Some of the vents had been painted over and he was very careful not to chip the paint or damage the walls. When he was finished he cleaned up and my house was left exactly in the same condition(except with cleaner ducts & vents) as when he arrived. At the end he sprayed the ducts and vents for mold and bacteria. (This was a $35 extra charge.) I would highly recommend this company.

I wanted to get the air ducts cleaned in my house since I've never had them done in the last 4 years since I've been living here. Being a single mother, I never thought I needed them done until I started having issues sleeping and seeing my doctor over several occasions. Doctor visits can be pricey so I was referred to RC Duct Cleaning through my next door neighbor. I called the company up and was very SURPRISED for the EXCELLENT customer service I received. Ms. Dede was kind enough to explain how it works and what "cleaning your air ducts" can do to solve the issues I was experiencing. The day when the technicians came out, they were both so nice and courteous. I had 1 technician cleaning the vents and the other was cleaning the cover and sanitizing each vents. The job was done in a timely matter as well as how they kept my house still clean. When it comes down to the service, I definitely will recommend RC Duct Cleaning. THANKS RC!!

The company set up the appointment promptly and they gentleman showed up at my house on time. Performed the necessary work efficiently and effectively. The worked on 3 furnaces and it took about 4 hours.

He came on time and was very nice, but he left dirt everywhere. He didn't put any coverings on his shoes, so mud and dirt was tracked all through our house. When he took the duct covers off, there was white powdery stuff that fell out. He did not clean it up and it was very frustrating. I called the company to complain and to recommend they get a small vacuum and give their workers booties to put over their shoes. They said usually two people showed up, but only one came to our home. They didn't offer to reimburse us for any of the trouble we went through.

Workers showed up promptly and cleaned ducts. They explained the process to me and showed me the build up in the ducts. They were courteous and professional.

Sean, the service man, arrived on time & stayed the amount of time he had anticipated. He called when he was 30-minutes away so I could meet him at the house and be away from the office for the least amount of time possible. I found Sean to be very professional and friendly. He showed me the build up of dirt in the ducts, gave me some advice on how to manage mold in our basement that he happened to notice and answered some questions I had about my air filter unit.
