They were great. He also looked at air conditioner and let me know it was time to get a new one. He didnt charge to look at the air conditioner.

It went well, very quick and clean. We had an unusual event the next day related to the visit but the tech was very responsive and solved everything quickly. Would definitely use again.

The technician arrived earlier than the stated time. He was GREAT!!! I am very pleased with the work performed as well as the technicians knowledge. The techinican was very detailed and left our home very clean. I was very impressed that he worked quickly however he did it without rushing through the task.

It went well. The service improved the overall smell of my house and helped with my allergies. The person who conducted the service was polite, helpful, and very professional. He did not leave a mess in my house. I would highly recommend this company to others.

My original contact with the company was by phone with Dee. She was professional and pleasant and there were no problems getting an initial phone estimate and setting a work date which worked for me (within a week). Larry and Sean performed the work. They were quick, efficient and conscientious. I am just moving into the house and am painting, and they immediately asked questions such as which walls were wet. Sean quickly went over the whole house to scope out the work. They were very pleasant and courteous, and I enjoyed having them at the house. Sean made sure the furnace was turned back on and functioning while Larry replaced vent plates. Before they left, Larry also refitted the dryer vent to the exterior wall when he saw me fiddling with it, and Sean opened a plastic-sealed flashlight I was struggling with. What great guys! I highly recommend them. The actual bill was slightly lower than the estimate. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job, the technician, named Mark, was very nice and worked quickly. He didn't make a mess anywhere, and was very understanding about my having to move my two cats around the house as he worked. He was a little late and I had to call to ask where they were, and the woman in the office said she would call and see where he was. Shortly after that, he showed up. All in all, it was a good experience.

Overall, the two technicians were very friendly and communicative. That, I think, is very important: when they are willing to show you things and share their knowledge. They were punctual and got right to work. They did leave a couple things behind accidentally and forgot to replace one of the grills.

I scheduled the work just a few days in advance for the Friday before Memorial Day. Was surprised to get an appointment on that day. The technician arrived about an hour late, but both the company and the technician who did the work called to say he would arrive late. The company called to see if he could still come that day. The technician apologized for arriving late. The technician first determined where all the air vents were in relation to the HVAC system before he started. He then explained how he would clean the system, and proceeded to do so from two different locations. After that he cleaned the dryer vent. In the course of that cleaning, he even went outside to determine where it was venting. He was very willing to answer all the questions I asked. He cleaned up after he finished. If not for the late arrival (which was not that unexpected given the date of service), I would have rated them higher.

I reviewed Angie's List for a duct cleaning company within 10 miles. I found this company and it had a very high rating on Angie's List. I called and got the appointment I wanted and was given a price. The representative came on time and explained to me what he was going to do. He did a great job and showed me the amount of dust that was in the duct. He was very professional.

It went well. Man arrived, introduced himself, had to cut the holes in our system (which were patched when job completed), which meant this had never been done before (house is 40 years old). Moved from room to room, did the work, cleaned the dryer vent, cleaned up the lint from dryer vent, cleaned up dirt in a room that also had a return (in basement) where some dirt ended up. (I am not sure he would have known to look here had I not decided to check it out). Overall, I would recommend them, but the experience was not so great that I feel comfortable giving "Excellent" ratings as Opposed to "Good" ratings.

So I called the company because they had received consistently good reports on the List. They had an opening the very next day, but I chose 2 days later due to other appointments. On the day of service, the technician arrived about 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, but no biggie. I think his name was Mark. I asked him to explain to me everything that he was going to do and he did. He hooked a big vacuum up to the furnace to suck out all of the dust. He had to cut an access opening, though since none previously existed. While the vacuum was working, he went around the house and uncovered all of the ducts and used one of those shop vacuums to suck out the dust. I think he found pencils and change, because they appeared on the floor when I went back into those rooms. The technician put everything back and even made sure I knew he had locked the back door to the laundry room where I had let him in previously.
