RC Duct Cleaning

I signed up for this as a "Big Deal" on Angie's List. I had to reschedule so many times I don't recall what I paid. The service was very good. The technician, Larry I believe, was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I thought he did a great job.

I was expecting that the vent directly attached to the dryer would also get cleaned but it didn't. My son took care of that section but I was happy to have that long section cleaned out, there was a lot of lint stored there.

Lousy. The company bit more than they could chew. It was a very unprofessional experience.

The crew did show up within a reasonable amount of time and the two gentlemen were very nice and it was obvious that they enjoyed working with each other. They went about their business quickly, but that may have been their downfall. To be honest I don't feel like the service was performed completely. I don't have a large house, but they were in and out very quickly and I know that they did not remove every register grate in the house. I don't have any real complaints for the company, but if I were in their shoes and I was selling a duct cleaning and disinfecting services I would train my crews on how to demonstrate the value of the service. As it was, I did not see, smell or notice any difference. That is the main reason why I will probably not hire them again.

The company called to schedule. It was several weeks out, but not a problem as it was stated that it probably would be. The technician showed when due and performed the work. I was a little disappointed that the cleaning and sanitizing consisted of a vacuum cleaner and a spray can. I expected something a little more thorough for the amount of money. I thought the entire system would be cleaned not just where the main return was and it was just vacuumed out. I will not do this service again.

He arrived on time and did an excellent job in explaining what he was going to do. The entire job only took an hour and he cleaned up. He was polite and their price was reasonable.

They schedule fairly far ahead of time, so I definitely should have called when I first bought the Angie's List deal. Again, we are bery pleased with the job.

Overall, I was pleased. The technician arrived on time, was pleasant, efficient and timely. The process did not take long. I feel I got my money's worth.

Wonderful. Appointment was rescheduled due to impact of Super storm Sandy. Tech came on 11/24 yes, the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend (with all the football games). This was surprising since most people don't want to work during a holiday weekend. The only downside and a very small one was the scent of the sanitizer used. One of my household found it a little strong. However, after a couple of hours and a scented candle the scent was gone.

Arrived on time. Was pleasant to deal with. Completed the cleaning of the dryer vent from machine to outside outlet.

We did not use them because we were out of their area.

This company was very accommodating of my tight schedule. The person cleaning the vent was on time and courteous. Job was successfully completed.

I called and set up the appointment. They were one time. He took off all the return grills and put a bug brush in it that spun. He had a vacuum in the HVAC return area. He vacuumed out the supply area. I had this done in the past and hey put cloth over the ducts to catch the dust and use powerful blowers and vacumns. I got what I paid for and it was not a good job. Nothing against the person who did it.

My main concern with the service was that the sanitizer that was used caused me to have to leave the house. I do have asthma so I am more sensitive than most, but it was really strong.

We decided to get our dryer vent cleaned since it was such a good deal and the company had a great rating. The experience was excellent. The gentleman did not take long at all and told us honeslty that the vent was really not too clogged. I appreciated his honesty and at least we were able to clear out what was there.

After researching duct cleaning vendors on Angie's List, my wife and I contacted RC Duct Cleaning, received a most reasonable estimate, and a date for service. Their technician arrived promptly on the scheduled date for service, and performed a thorough cleaning our furnace and the air vent system throughout our house. The young man was quite professional and courteous and was clearly very knowledgeable about every significant aspect of duct cleaning. The entire process took no more than 45 minutes, including his most thorough clean-up of the areas of our home involved in the process.

While my vents were cleaned out manually- frankly I could have done that. I expected the vents to be cleaned professionally with air suction techniques to clean the whole system.

It turned out just fine. They were very efficient and I have no complaints.

I had the dryer duct cleaning done because I read it could be a safety (fire hazard issue).

Because of the special coupon that we used, we weren't able to get on their schedule for a couple of weeks, which was fine by us. They showed up right on time and went to work. Apparently our (new to us home) had been cleaned before, however, not the upper attic area. It was quite a bit of work for the guys, but, they were professional about it and got everything cleaned out.

The experience was a good one. The crew arrived per schedule, set up quickly and were done and cleaned up after about 90 minutes.

We were very happy with the service, the technician was very professional and listened to our concerns.
