Their service was good. The service went smoothly.

It went very well. No issues at all.

Everything went as expected. I can't really say much, except that they did what we hired them to do in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

They did a fine job, I believe. The only thing that bothered me was that the technician could not remove the bottom front plate of the dryer where I could see lint had accumulated. I myself had never been able to get that plate off, but years ago a kitchen repairman was able to pop it off and remove the lint.

RC Duct Cleaning were great. The guy who came out was wonderful. He was nice, efficient, and did a good job. He was really neat. I was expecting a mess and there was no mess.

I really appreciated their professionalism and coming up with a creative solution to my potentially dangerous situation.

There was quit a bit of lint and I felt better that the lint build up was removed which lessened the chance of a fire

The technician arrived on time and made a brief survey of the job site and determined the appropriate appliances that were needed for the job. The service was completed in about 30 minutes.

The work was performed quickly and neatly.

Came and completed work before I got home. So not sure if the work was really done. Do not remember when I actually had the work done last year.

The company was responsive to our day/time needs. They were prompt, professional and efficient.

I purchased a livingsocial deal for cleaning the air ducts. I called to make an appointment months later and thought i could get one in the next week or two. No, they didn't have any openings for weeks! I had to wait 2 months to get my appointment! I am guessing its because of the living social deal. I cannot imagine that they were so full that they didn't have any space for 2 months. I wasn't impressed with that part but the tech showed up on time, he was pleasant and he did great work which is why I gave them an A. I had questions about our ducts and especially since the previous owner had cats and I am allergic (which is why I wanted these cleaned when I moved in, not months later). But again the tech was great, took his time, explained what he was doing and why, looked for all the vents in everyroom and even gave us suggestions about how to keep them clean. He even showed us how to replace our air filter. I wish I could remember his name. i would said if you can look past the customer service at their office, the techs now their stuff and ours was really helpful and accommodating.

Overall, the work was very satisfactory, although it is kind of hidden work, that is, you don't have really visible results. But he did what we had contracted him to do with care and diligence. I do have one complaint, and that is that the company was very difficult to get in touch with. After buying the service, it took many (4 or 5) phone calls and a few emails to finally get in touch with them to set up an appointment. The first appointment was cancelled, but that was okay as we did not have an emergency situation. But once the appointment was made and the gentleman came to do the work, we were very satisfied.

The technician who came to the house was pleasant and professional and did a great job. I would definitely use this company again.

Air vent cleaning seemed fine. However, after signing up I found out that Sears would do the same thing for about half the price. Worker pulled out a lot of stuff from the dryer vent. However, after cleaning dryer did not work as well. Eventually I found out that he had pushed a bunch of stuff together, almost blocking the vent. I eventually went to another company (Sears) to redo the dryer vent. They spent an hour and a half getting the blockage out.

I called the company as soon as I bought the big deal. I scheduled an appt and they showed up and did the dryer vent cleaning as requested, on time. The gal on the phone sounded rushed but that was the only negative.

Originally scheduled for Sat Nov 10 but got a call that AM saying the Tech was sick. Resched for Nov 20. Everything appears to have gone well.

Timely, quick and efficient

Forgot that I bought this deal until just after the expiration date, and then they wouldn't honor it. Wouldn't use them again.

After we finished our basement we decided to clean our air duct from all the dust caused by the drywall job. We purchased a special on Angies List. The special was for $199.00 for All House Air duct cleaning and sanitizing. It turn out to be only for one furnace in the house. We were a little disappointed because for this price we expected them to do both. The service tuned to be more expensive than expected, but the job was perfectly executed and the technician answerd all question. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was happy with the job he did.

Great job, as described above. Not much more to say about simply cleaning a dryer vent.

I kept asking them if they had a license in D.C. they never gave me an answer to my questions and that prompted a refund request from Angie's List!
