RC Duct Cleaning

They did okay. Their price was average. I guess the quality was good. They got here at a decent time and it didn't take them so long to get things done. They were professional.

They were on time and didn't leave a mess which I appreciated. However, it's difficult to gauge how well they did since they told me that my ducts were fairly clean already.

Tech showed up on time, he did good complete work, and didn't make a big mess.

Team was on time and professional. They finished the job quickly and as described. The only compliant I would have is that they charged extra being that we had a 3 story house. The dryer was on the 3rd floor and there was roof access where the dryer vented, so I do not see why this would cost anymore than a two story house. It is not like they had to snake the vent all the way to the basement; that would have made sense. I would definately hire them again though and would just have a coversation with the scheduler on the phone about this before the team comes out so the price is set.

The service was fine and was completed when it was scheduled.

I’m not sure if I got a very good service from the company. They used a hand unit for cleaning and not a truck unit service.

I missed the deadline and had to pay full price. The job was good, but the service overpriced.

When I tried to schedule the work many months ago I was told the first free date was in mid-January. This was past the expiration date, but the deal was still valid. The date came and the company called to say they would have to postpone because the technician who was scheduled for the job was no longer with the company. So I was rescheduled for the day before I was leaving town. The technician (Larry) arrived and did a quick and thorough job, but informed me that since I had one system upstairs and one down, I would have to pay extra for the second system. Overall, the work was good, but the scheduling was poor.

They were on time and professional. The tech explained what he would do and why. He talked about my particular configuration so that I would understand my home better. At the conclusion of the job the tech returned the dryer to its location but unfortunately did not correctly reconnect the dryer hose.

Very professional,however not sure about size of VACCUME and how effective a small portable unit is for cleaning.It was not the big VACCUME trucks I have used in the past.

The overal experience was good. The rep showed us pictures of what he saw and even though we have a cat thee was no too much dust and particles. We appreciated the professionalism of the company.

I had one person come with what seemed to be modern equipment on the det we agreed about. He was courteous and very efficient. After finishing the job he offered to clean my dryer vent at no extra cost and gave me his card to call in case of problems .

We had not had our dryer vent cleaned for sometime. It was really surprising how much lint had built up.

Scheduling was easy, technician arrived on time, moved the furniture to reach ducts, performed service, and replaced all furniture before leaving. He also reminded me that I should not forget to clean the dryer vent regularly. I would use them again.

Purchased Angie's coupon in August, but first available date for service was in November -- a pretty long wait. The service was adequate but the techician accidentally missed a couple of vents (it is a large system and has quite a few -- so I can't complain).When I called to have them clean the ducts that was missed, customer service was very apologetic and helpful, she arranged for a technician to come out the very next week.to complete the work. Also, given the reputation of the industry, I was very pleased that they didn't try to use bait and switch and try to increase the price. They did the work in exchange for the prepaid Angie vocuher, as agreed.

Took advantage of the add listing as I thought it was a good deal for the price. Took awhile after having paid for the service months in advance to get set up as No one reached out to us having pre-paid thru Angies list. I inquired about it and found out we had to contact the company directly to arrange or set up appointments. We did that and the company showed up on time and did a quick job of it, as ours was and easier job according to the guys who came out

Service technician was late because of miscommunication with office, but office was very courteous and kept me informed of what was going on. Service technician was polite and professional. The only issue I have is that the ducts hadn't been cleaned in at least 20 years and the service seemed awfully short, so it's hard to know how thorough the cleaning was. My last experience involved a much more powerful vacuum. But this may not be significant.
