Very well. Steve came out and did the inspection ( no termites) and went over pest control services. I felt no pressure to do anything or make any kind of commitment. He also gave helpful tips. We went with the pest control for now will definitely add termite services if needed in the future. Great service!

Very impressed with Steve's responsiveness and knowledge. I thought we had termites based on a specimen found in our basement and some other signs. Turns out it was a carpenter ant and the the other signs were not related to insect damage. Steve did not believe treatment was necessary at this time. I was thrilled!

Steve came out the next business day & immediately diagnosed the problem by the shape of the holes in the post. It wasnt termites, but some beetle that has always lived within that particular post and after 17 years they finally ate their way from the inside out. No service was required.

Had a very pleasant time with the exterminator! He was very personable and we enjoyed having him in our house. He went through a thorough inspection of the house even though we wanted just an ant elimination. We were offered a year's service for a very reasonable price, which we accepted. He sprayed inside and out using EPA approved pesticides and gave us extra information and treatment for ant elimination. We couldn't be happier with the service! Thanks a ton for your help!

It went great! We signed this rental up for the annual service, which included rodents and these folks took care of business. They had to come back a second time (which is typical with mice), but there was no charge since it was included in the annual service. We liked them so much that we signed on for the annual service in our own home, too.

The job went excellent. Steve Jackson the owner, identified the problem right away and explained how they treated the problem and will come back if not gone in a week, but said it will be a day or two for the treatment to take full effect and they will be gone. I used Home Guard before for another bee problem and they were great and very reliable and do excellent work. Therefore, I called them back again and they continue to exceed my expectation. Great pricing, responsive, and very professional. I plan to continue to use them as I feel I have found an honest and great company in Home Guard for pest control issues.
