Description of Work: Annual maintenance that includes winterizing sprinkler system in the fall then turn on in the spring to includes adjustments of sprinkler heads. Easy to communicate with, good prices, personable. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Sprinkler system maintenance contract. They winterized our system & will back in the spring to turn it back on. They will also be replacing broken sprinkler heads and adding a drain tile system in one section of our yard. This is not part of the $150 service fee. That is being handled under separate contract. So far we have been pleased with their service.

 + 0 moreWe originally contacted this company to repair and expand our irrigation system. The owner did a great job and told us he has also had a lot of experience with landscape lighting. We initially hired him to do some limited work in the front of the house. We were very pleased with it and so we had him added a much more expansive system around our home. He had some good design ideas and the system has worked without any problems. Much of the communication is by email, which I like. He has always been prompt, curtious and willing to do that little bit extra when I need help. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We needed to have all of our sprinkler heads adjusted and some of them (seven) replaced. Tim was very professional and explained what needed to be done in detail. We feel he gave us a very reasonable price, as we had another company give us an estimate as well.

Throughout the visit he explained what he was doing and why and we also discussed using him again for winterization. Overall a very prompt and professional visit at a good price in my opinion.

 + -1 moreOverall it could not have gone better, Tim was great as well as his right hand man Juan. They installed the system on one of the hottest days of summer so far. They placed the sprinkler heads right where they would do the most good for the yard. Tim explained how the system worked very well. I will continue to use maple for all my service on the system in the future.

Description of Work: Contacted Maple regarding my sprinkler system not working. Turns out that I chewed through the wires while relocating my bird feeder. Tim (owner) came really quickly after the first call. I called on a Friday and he came out on a Monday. Tim came out and after we found the chewed up wires, he came back and spliced them back together. Could I have done it, yes, but who knew that was the issue when he arrived so I didn't mind paying him for his trouble even though it was a simple fix. He also pointed out some heads that needed to be replaced as well. Tim really knows what he is doing and doesn't mind getting dirty and doing a little hard work. He is reasonable on price and seems to be honest and that is something that is hard to come by these days. Maple is small, which is what I like. This means that you are dealing with the boss/owner most of the time which is good. I hope his business does well and have already provided his contact information to two of my neighbors and my boss at work. Thanks for the great service Tim!

 + -1 moreI was referred to Tim from Maply Irrigation and when I called him, he promptly set up an appointment and came out to provide me an estimate within a couple days. This is an involved system since there is so much ground to cover and Tim came out with his crew to do the installation on the day we scheduled. He was doing the work alongside his workers so I feel very comfortable that the whole job was carefully quality controlled. They installed the system in about 4 hours and showed me how to work the automatic components of the system. In his estimate, he even includes winterization for the first year which is a great plus! I am happy with it and plan on using his company again when we add lighting to the property.
Description of Work: We had a large installation of all new plants, trees and bushes in our front yard and needed 1000 feet of a drip line irrigation system installed. This system could be automated or manual, so I chose the automated system which is more expensive but worth it since we don't have the time to water daily.

 + 0 moreMy neighbor was getting their sprinklers turned on, and I went over there and spoke to Tim. He seemed like he really new what he was talking about and could get my sprinkler started that day. His price was lower then what I was paying and he was knowledgeable. I have been using them ever since. The french drain was installed last year to get rid of a really bad wet and muddy spot in my back yard. It has been try ever since, it even worked through the really bad rains we had last year.
Description of Work: They do my annual sprinkler turn-on and winterization. It is nice because they also do a free mid-summer check, where they run through my sprinkler system again and adjust the watering schedule. I have use them for the last 3 years, and they are always friendly and prompt. They also installed a french drain for me, which i am very pleased with. They work very clean and hand dig everything, so you they don't tear up your lawn.

He appeared to be the most knowledgeable, most willing to design the system with the best components yet keep the cost down (there are quite a few techniques a professional can utilize beyond zones and component quality to manage costs - including routing design etc) -- The Work was done in 1 day! -- They cleaned up and reseeded wherever they had trenched. The system was well documented and as homeowners were well trained in how to use the system. Got 3 quotes -- 2 were from Angies List listed companies --- Maple Irrigation was not listed in Angies List but was recommended by a neighbor who had Maple install their system several years ago and were very happy it with. As mentioned earlier, Maple Irrigation was most cost effective for same components and same number of zones.
