We do spend a lot on car maintenance, but our cars are old and we intend to keep them. We don't buy new cars every 10 years or something. We trust them. We are older. We don't do a lot of stuff that younger people do. That is a difference. We are older and we don't like to deal with people we don't know. The price is all over the place. We had a lot of work done on my Ford Focus. It needed a lot of work, but it was cheaper than buying a new car. We have been very happy with them. I know people say we could get it done cheaper at a gas station, but we just don't do that.

I don't know where to start. They did a awesome job helping me purchasing a car that I had seeing on their website. They are very polite and they give you all when I mean all the information you need to know when you are buying a car. This repair shop took my towed vehicle in on the 3rd of July and supposedly repaired the transmission. In driving it home after the transmission repair, the vehicle started smoking and making a metallic sound. Ford told me to bring it back and said it was now an air conditioner issue. They repaired that, and then I picked the vehicle up on the 13th of July. On inspection of the vehicle it had a dent in the passenger door, and weather stripping hanging off under the door. It appeared that a big boot had torn the weather stripping off when in the shop for the repairs. They repaired both and I picked the vehicle up. They did not charge for the damage they did to the vehicle, but I still paid the $3200.00 for the other repairs. The air conditioner was working perfect when I initially had it towed to the shop for the transmission repair. Ford claimed it was a coincidence. No one offered me a discount on any of the repairs, and I checked around at other repair shops, and received lower estimates for the same repair that Ford completed. I will never take this vehicle to Lindsay Ford again. In the process of having my vehicle repaired, I spoke to a total of 6 different employee's on my repairs. Not one employee, except the original service adviser, had any knowledge on what was being repaired on my vehicle. The original service adviser, who was very professional, just happened to go on vacation at the same time my vehicle was in for repair. This is a total lack of communication on the part of Lindsay Ford. And, to top it off, the two times I went to pick up my vehicle, they couldn't find it. It took some diligence to finally come up with my missing vehicle, which by the way, is a big Ford van with Marine Corps Veteran stickers on the rear doors, and which I mentioned to them after they couldn't locate it. Never again! Now, after several months and spending $3200.00 for the above repairs, the "check engine" light is on, and has been on since I p/u my vehicle. I won't take it back... that's.for sure!

9 am scheduled appointment - car was taken at that time. was informed the service would take approximately 2 hours for the full service requested. work was completed in 2 hours and 15 minutes. work was explained to me. the service checks were shown to me, and received a thorough explanation of how the technicians evaluated the different inspected areas of the car. the waiting area was comfortable and had access to wifi. all lindsay ford staff were very friendly. very happy with the service and responsiveness.
