My range is to be delivered at a later date when Tops of the Town gets our counter top fabricated. And by the way, Charlie Nichols, of Tops of the Town is a wonderful man to work with. When they are ready he will make the arrangements with Appache for the delivery of the range so I will not have it just sitting in the way in the kitchen. I certainly can give you a much better summary of the whole experience when we are further along in a few weeks. Please see above.

Questions regarding g replacement of the computer panal vs. purchasing new washer focused on what Consumer Reports recommended I would have spent a good deal more had I purchased top of the line versions with the new "steam" feature. They explained that it was not worth the extra price as the service was not deemed that helpful They came when they said they would arrive. installed the new washer. tested it and cleaned everything up and away f without added cost.

We replaced our 20+ year old washer when it went out. I purchased a basic, heavy duty washer, and am very happy with it. They helped me choose the best model for our family's needs. Very professional installation.

I was having a hard time finding a new refrigerator. The kitchen is the original size and shape from the 60's, and new modern refrigerators are generally taller, wider and deeper than my space. I needed a salesperson who was really knowledgable. I found semi-knowledgeable at Sears, Best Buy and HH Gregg, but it wasn't good enough, and I still hadn't found a new frig. I found Apache at Angie's and checked them out. When I provided measurements over the phone, the salesperson IMMEDIATELY understood my problem, and said there was only one he knew of that would work. I was going to have to go with a top freezer (I wanted bottom) but he assured me it would fit. I went to the store to check it out, and decided to buy. All salespersons were knowledgeable and professional. Delivery and installation was prompt, on time and pleasant. I would definitely buy from them again, and have already recommended them several times.

They delivered it to us. I like the fact that I walked in and told them what I want and they would just take me right there. They knew exactly what I was looking for. They didn’t even have what I wanted but they knew exactly what I was talking about and they were able to accommodate the size of my kitchen. When I explained them about the remodeling I was going to do, they told me to just give them a call a week before I wanted to purchase it. So, I called them and they took my order over the phone and they were here when they said they were going to. They even moved our big refrigerator to the basement and told us how to get rid of it through the recycling program.

They are very professional, very quick to respond. I would use them again. I do not remember the price.

We have used Apache Appliances for many years to repair our appliances. The most recent service call was for the dryer. When I called Apache they asked me some preliminary questions about what was happening ( or not happening) with the dryer. They arrived the next day with the tools and parts to fix the dryer on the spot. It's an old dryer and may not have much time left, but it was worth fixing and I've had no problem with it since Apache fixed it. However, when I do replace it, I will give Apache a call again. They are always pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. I trust their judgment on what new products are reliable. I would recommend Apache to anyone.

The sale went extremely well, delivery in a few days and service men arrived ahead of schedule.They answered all of our questions and performed several small services without charge or complaints. We will definitely use this company again. Thanks Frances !! .

I had attempted to purchase a stove from a major retail outlet, but it did not go well because of poor customer support. So, when I visited Apache, I already know the stove that I wanted. They ordered it and were ready to intall it within a few days. The cost of the appliance and the installation were much less than the retail outlets that I had visited. They answered all questions thoroughly and expertly. The installers arrived as scheduled and the installation went smoothly. All of the staff that I encountered were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The company was easy to deal with. The range was delivered on the promised date one half hour earlier than promised.The old range was removed.

they were very quick and clean. i was concerned since the wall was tiled but they did mounted the microwave without any damage to the wall.

The sales person (who is also the installer) was great. The manager was not a people person, but we only had to deal with him once. The only negative is that Apache deals with a limited number of brands. If you are just starting to look for appliances it would be better to go to a larger vendor to get an idea of what is on the market. But if you want GE they have great prices, they delivered when they said they would, and the installation was flawless.

They did a good job. The following comments are due to an experience after the first comments: He says soemthing one day and then the next day, he makes a u-turn. I was not happy with the product I revceived and he was not willing to make an exchange.

fine. I've purchased most of my major appliances from Apache Appliance for more than 30 years. They've also repaired my appliances when needed.

I purchased a washer and dryer. They came when promised and installed them quickly. Additionally, they gave me a $100 rebate form in addition to the $50 rebate they told me about at the showroom. The salespeople saw what I wanted and put no pressure on me to spend more. I completed the purchase in 15 minutes!

Overall, a geat experience from first visit to the showroom to final install.

I was very happy with the company's response from first to last. It was shocking to discover how dirty the dryer was, despite my regularly cleaning the filter, and I guess the malfunction probably had nothing to do with the power outage, which had been my theory-- After the service was completed, I marked Apache in my directory of home service providers as my Go-To company for appliance repair.

They were helpful, responsive and did a great job. Once we had their quote, we shopped around, and the price was better as good as we could get anywhere, plus we got great service.We couldn't be happier.

Apache Appliance is the best! Forty-two years ago, when we had just purchased a new home and were struggling on teacher's salaries with a new baby, Apache came to the rescue. Our counter-top range broke within weeks of the home's purchase, and we did not have the money to replace it. Mr. Nolan, the founder of Apache, gave us a second-hand range that was in excellent condition and installed it for $35; we have never forgotten that act of kindness. Over the ensuing years, we have called on Apache for repairs and new appliances. His osns, notably Francis Nola, have always been ready to help us. Typically, they have tried to repair an appliance (several times, usually), before they suggested we replace it. They are honest, dependable, and knowledgeable. We would never use anyone else.

The washing machine timer knob would not engage. We called Apache on Thursday and they came out Friday to inspect the washing machine. Turns out the timer was broken and they had to order and replace the part. Gary came on Monday morning to install the timer and promptly fixed the problem. He also advised us on how to clean the washing machine and proper washing machine loading and usage. We called him a few days later as we were still having trouble with the washing machine. He troubleshooted the problem over the phone and we were able to fix the problem with his guidance. Gary was professional and courteous and we would gladly use this company again.

this time i was looking for a new gas range...i found the one i wanted, so i checked out prices... apache beat the price at home depot, sears and hh gregg. this surprised me as i always thought a small business would be more expensive. we knew the service here is always superior and were willing to pay a higher price for it so i was really surprised to find the best service also came with the lowest price!!

I have been going to them for years and everytime is the best experience.

Made initial contact via e-mail; after discussions regarding desired features over phone, items were ordered and delivered at scheduled time. After initial installation, my spouse realized that the wrong type of electric oven had been purchased and installed (yes, partially my fault). I informed Apache, they took the news in stride, and sent a fresh crew to remove the wrong oven and install the correct, all within 1 week. All handled very professionally.

THey were excellent from the time I walked in their store and from the time the appliances were installed. Francis and Michael were very helpful, knowledgeable and very reliable. We had moved into a home that had appliances that were about 40 years old. We went to one of their competitive store at first and the sales person had promised us quick delivery, quick installation and good price offer. Well, after three months of empty promises from the sales person and delayed ordering of the appliances, I decided to check Apache appliances. I happened to look at Angie's List reviews about Apache and they were all terrific reviews. THey were right. Michael, went to my home to measure the proper fitting for the appropriate appliances. He did it for free (as advertised). As soon as the contractor finished installing the water line for the fridge, install the proper wiring for the over the range microwave, and cut the counter for the range, the appliances came the next day. The delivery was on time, the installation quick and they offered me a lot better price than the competitive store. It was a big saving and finally a peace of mind.
