Long Home

My work is still not done, or started. They are over priced for the type of service they are going me..they keep rescheduling, and want a 33% percent cancellation fee, and they want to keep material..its been an nightmare for me. I only went with this company bc I knew they have been around for a long time and at this price I thought I was going to get A1 service with no headaches..not..

Very professional. Perform their job well. Courteous. Instillation went smoothly once the product was delivered.

Customer services and the sales rep were not good I had one good experience with one customer service representative name Vanessa she was amazing the guys who came in and did the work were amazing it looks great but I totally did not like the sales rep. They tried to be slick on my order and I demanded it to change which they did. They were pushy but at the time I needed the work done so that was not too much of an issue but I doubt I would go with them again for my next project but if I do I would ask for different sales reps for sure

Great quality work. Professional team!

Great job at a great value. Constant communication with company leading up to the project. Installation team provided updates throughout the day of install. They took before, during, and after pictures of the roof and boards needing to be replaced. Did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard afterwards. Highly recommend!

I am really glad I called Long Fence. For the job I wanted, I was being quoted 5-6k for the cost. It was frustrating to me since it wasn't a huge job. Long fence gave me a significantly lower price for the job. The salesman was very very nice, and the work was completed quickly. I left work a half hour early to be there with my wife when the started. They arrived as I left work and were nearly done an hour later when I arrived home. The fence looks great, and works great. I would definitely recommend Long Fence to anyone who needs work with fences.
