Love the carpet. They did a nice job installing once they got there. We had secured a morning time 3 weeks prior but were shifted to afternoon without a phone call. Then they were 90 minutes later...

Hired to do the following: Family Room - Install Engineered Cherry Flooring; Carpeting on Steps/Landing Bedrooms (3) - Install highest grade carpeting with appropriate matting An absolute pleasure to work with. Latif (owner) was punctual, polite and insightful into his products and the quality of workmanship his crew could provide. He impressed us with his attention to details about the finer points of the upcoming work project, as well as educating us about industry trends and products. We believe that the products Latif sells are of superior quality, and areconfident they will hold up/look nice throughout the years. Concerning the service provided: His work crew (Jose/Assistants) was extremely polite and professional, showing up early - as we anticipated. They took the utmost care to work around some furniture items left in the rooms to be carpeted. The flooring and carpeting projects were finished right on time, according to schedule - with no loose ends to be completed later. I was amazed at the care taken to keep our home clean and un-smudged from all their installation projects. It was quite obvious that Renaissance Floor Carpet staff truly respected their customers. Without reservation, we would highly recommend Latif and staff as professionals of the highest degree - for flooring/carpeting projects under consideration. The crew was punctual, efficient, and professional. They completed the work in 2 days and we are very happy with the result. We were on a tight schedule to carpet a condo after painting and before moving in from across the country. We were assured work would be done within our time frame. We got a call a week later that the mill had a delay, so the schedule had to be changed. Probably not the fault of Renaissance, but it threw everything off. Installation crew did a very good job and we're pleased with the carpet. Old carpet was removed and disposed of. Excellent selection of flooring at their showroom.

I remodeled my entire first floor using Renaissance Floors to install the new oak floors throughout. I didn't shop around for price as quality was more important to me and I was impressed by all the reviews I found, so I am sure I could have found a cheaper installer, but felt the price was fair. I was not disappointed. My entire experience from the first visit to their showroom to the completion of the job was wonderful. I worked with Latif who amazingly was always available within minutes via text throughout the entire process. He advised me on the selection, answered questions from other contractors during the process, and dealt gracefully and effectively with some surprises they encountered in the the installation process. I had to delay installation several times due to other issues with my project and Latif was always able to work with me on the schedule. The installation team was professional and clearly very experienced. I also had the remaining carpet on the 2nd floor re-stretched. My new floors are gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. My painter even commented on the quality of the installation compared to what he often sees. I will use Latif and Renaissance for any of the my flooring needs in the future and highly recommend them.

Very well. Great people. Work crews were fast and efficient, but not sloppy. The work was very wel done and we've received lots of compliments on it. They came to my house with samples the same day I called. Very professional and courteous.

Our project is set to begin on October 30. My wife, Cindy, and I are very pleased with the attention that we've received from Amir and Bassir in helping us understand a subject about which we knew so little. Bassir visited our home to take measurements, and he and Amir have always been willing--over the phone or at the store in Rockville--to answer our many questions. We sincerely appreciate their professionalism and their patience in working with us.

From my first visit to their showroom through the final installation, these five projects were carried out to my complete satisfaction. I was appreciative that they did not try to "upsell" and were respectful of my selections in materials. The installers were seasoned professionals. From start to finish, Renaissance Floor was absolutely fantastic! From the very first phone call to get an estimate, Amir was extremely helpful and detailed. His crew (Jose & Juan) ripped out our entire main floor, which included the entrance, study, living/dining rooms, powder room, closets, kitchen and sunroom, all of varying materials (hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet). We also had our old carpeted staircase redone with new wood flooring. They did an extraordinarily incredible job of reducing squeaks...even going to the extent of opening up the plywood subfloors to investigate the cause of the squeaks. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew. For the entire week they were at our home, they arrived just before 8 am and left around 5 pm. Jose and Juan were polite, clean (and very safety conscientious around our two small children) and didn't play any music whatsoever (unlike our kitchen contractors who played very loud rock music). Amir also visited and checked on how things were going on the first day and made a special trip for the staircase flooring installation. After all the floors were done, the crew spent about 1/2 hour vacuuming the mess and dust...it was so clean afterwards! Our in-store experience was wonderful as well. Amir and another store associate made us all (including our kids) feel very welcome and patiently showed us samples and taught us a lot about the different types and styles of each sample. Amir gave us a very fair price that included removal, disposal and installation. We would highly recommend Renaissance Floor to anyone looking for a great buying experience, a highly professional installation experience, and beautiful and detail-oriented results! Excellent. I had considered three other flooring stores before selecting Renaissance. I had my basement living area floor replaced. I was very satisfied with the product (cork based tiles) that was recommended for the area. The floor installation staff were on time and worked in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Renaissance Floors for the timely work completion as well as their price.

We purchased carpeting for a large area. Four bedrooms, a hallway and a large walk-in closet. Latif was very professional and more than helpful in picking out the carpeting. Installation was done by 3 installers. They were outstanding. They had to bring all the capeting up 2 flights of stairs. They worked all day and were very courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. The installation went perfectly and we haven't had one problem. We would recommend Renaissance Carpet without hesitation.

I had a million questions, answers were direct and informative. I never felt like any answer was intended to generate a higher sales price. I took some time to make a decision; never felt pressured. I checked to make sure the proposed flooring wasn't low end (it wasn't). I was surprised by the reasonable price (I would have done it years earlier, had I known). My neighbor purchased wood floors from Renaissance earlier so I had an opportunity to see the results of their work. I was pleased with what I saw, and I was pleased with the installation in my home. The floors were delivered as scheduled and installation time was on the low end of the range quoted. Another friend who had floors installed a year earlier asked where I had gone for the floors as someone asked him for a recommendation. He liked the installation work on my floor better than his own and wanted to recommend the store that had done my work. We are happy with all aspects of the purchase and installation and are considering having the upstairs done sometime in the future.

We recently purchased an apartment and for the first time engaged in a remodeling project. As part of the overall project we decided to put in an engineered hardwood floor, as this was the most suitable type of hardwood flooring for our apartment building. After visiting a number of local flooring specialist stores we decided to hire Renaissance after spending a significant amount of time speaking with Latif about our flooring options (differences between brands, click n' lock vs. glued, etc...) and feeling comfortable that our project was being taken seriously and that customer satisfaction was a priority. We decided on a Mirage Maple Nevada locking floor after he recommended this was the best locking product on the market and we liked the finish and natural aspect of the flooring (no glue). The installers from Renaissance were extremely professional, friendly and efficient in finishing the installation in exactly the time frame we had been promised. Even our general contractor mentioned that "they did a nice job on the floor". Although I don't expect we will be needing a new hardwood floor anytime soon, I would certainly feel comfortable using Renaissance again.

Renaissance did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and there was great attention to detail. They moved all of our furniture prior to doing the work, and then moved it back in place upon completion of the work.
