I use them constantly. They are responsible for looking at my cars, I have 2 cars. These people are specialized with a few bunch of cars. They are very reliable. The work is done good. I'm not gonna say that the work is cheapest but repairs they are excellent and I can trust them which is important for me.

Motor Works said it needed a new starter. They replaced the starter for $758.55. This did not fix the problem. The starting problem remained the same , but, as before, I could start the car. About two months later I went back to Motor Works. This time they said I needed a new ignition switch. They replaced the ignition switch assembly and charged me $84.95 for the part; they did not charge me for labor ($174.50 according to their invoice). The car now starts without any problems. Did I need a new starter?

It went very well. The mechanics really care about your car and your satisfaction. They gave my car a very thorough check over and suggested future things to do to improve performance. They gave me a report on my car. They are very nice people also and did the job in a timely fashion. They gave me a loaner car for the day that was pretty nice also since I live far away and had no one to pick me up and get me. Thanks MotorWorks! You need to call in advance and make an appt.

They did a great job. They are honest. they have reasonable price. they dont charge if they dont find a problem with your car and fix it. I am really happy with them.

"We knew that my wife's 1997/ 6 cylinder low miles Camry needed major work to remain safe on the road. I lucked out finding Motor Works where she felt welcomed and comfortable with everyone I appreciate that the shop took the initiative to find a rebuilt rack & pinion for me and that all costs (parts & labor) for standard items like replacing timing belt/water pump, valve cover gaskets and power steering hoses, rear break pads and rotors, etc. were below dealer estimates for the same jobs. The overall parts $ to labor $ ratio was very reasonable. The work was done on time and under $ estimate - and with no surprises. We will be repeat customers for routine maintenance and any other Toyota service needs. "

They do oil changes, etc. but they are primarily specialists in Toyota's. I'm well treated here. If you check in ahead they can provide a free car while they're doing the work. The people are knowledgeable and i'm very comfortable with using them. I would recommend them highly.

I trust them to diagnosis issues. They always explain what they are doing and what needs to be done. They are professional. It is easy to tie me to the metro, it’s convenient. I think they are fairly priced.

It went very smoothly. They gave me appointment that fit my schedule. Their shuttle gave me ride to metro. The price was good. Everything went perfect.

They are wonderful. I use them continually. I have been using them for 15 or 20 years. They are so good, and honest as well. They cover something under warranty at no charge, and I had no clue. They only service Honda's, Toyota's and Acuras, and the next car I would buy would be one that they service. The price is fair.

These guys are very professional and do a great job. I've been taking my Honda Civic Si there for over 5 years for all of the required service. They always do a great job, are flexible in terms of working around my schedule, and even have loaner vehicles, if you schedule the appointment in advance. My only complaint is that they don't work on anything besides Hondas and Toyotas. They are not cheap, but the prices are a little less than they would be at a dealer and you get the peace of mind knowing that the job was done right. I've been to so many different shops over the years and I'm glad to finally have found one I can trust. Would highly recommend.
