Working with Jassmin Home & Building Services was a pleasant experience from the beginning to end. They came out to give me an estimate right after I called and we were able to schedule for a cleaning for the following week. The crew was punctual and did a nice job. I recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Jassmin Home and Building Services. They responded promptly to my inquiries and arrived on time as scheduled. Windows cleaning services were provided by Guilman Gamez and his colleague. My windows were dirty but they thoroughly cleaned both the interior and exterior surfaces. I found them to be courteous and very pleasant. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Great Job. They put on shoe protection inside. Window screens were cleaned and put back in place. It would have taken me 4-5 hours and it would not have been as well done

Guilman & Brandon did a GREAT job cleaning my windows and skylight. After having a bad experience with another company last year, I was nervous to try a window washing company again but I have a lot of windows & needed help! My worries were unfounded with Jassmin, as they were on-time, professional, very friendly and respectful. I will be giving them a call next time!!

Great service! They quickly communicated with us on setting up a visit and when it had to be rescheduled due to weather they were easy to work with. The work was excellent, and they also brushed off the screens. We added additional windows and their price was reasonable. Overall very pleased and highly recommend them.

I am consistent and regular user of Jassmin. I shoot him a text when I need him to come by and he is there within a couple of days (and sometimes he can come that same day). He always gets the job done perfectly and we appreciate his dependability and hard work. Also, he did a great job power washing our home. We could immediately see the sparkle and shine after he was done. Lastly, at his first visit, he took the time to evaluate our gutters and noticed how things were setup incorrectly and offered tips on a better setup. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your gutter services and power washing needs.

The best crew ever!!! We hired Jassmin to help clean our home after a major renovation and it was the best money I have ever spent. Guilman and his wife and crew showed up and cleaned for hours. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations. There was not a spot of construction dust left in the house and we were able to move in as if we just bought a new home. In fact we have hired them now to clean our home on a semi monthly basis. Incredibly professional and thorough.

Guilman was extremely nice and professional. He came right away to give me an estimate. He gave me a deal on the bid. I wasn't ready to have the windows cleaned until we were closer to showing our house for sale. He told me I could have the estimate until I was ready. I called him a few months later. He remembered me and immediately settled on an time for the service. He was prompt and did an amazing job! My windows have never looked so good. He cleaned around the windows, scraped any paint, cleaned out the window seals. I was very pleased and would highly recommend his work to anyone. If we weren't moving out of state, I'd have him clean the windows in my next house.
