Jassmin Home and Building Services does a very good job. They are very punctual and tidy. My windows looked great!

Mr. Gamez showed up on time and did a great job power washing my home. It looks fantastic and I would hire this company and him again.

Service was comprehensive, siding, soffits, fascia, doors. The surfaces glow they are so clean. No disruption of foundadion plants. Volunteered to include the portion of the roof that substitutes for siding in our Dutch Colonial. Mr. Gamez friendly and personable. The company does windows so I offered to pay him to look at a storm window I had managed to get stuck. He refused the money, quickly unstuck the window and explained how to prevent the problem in the future.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Performed a thorough job paying attention to detail and provided advice on areas needing attention in the future.

Great! Communicated effectively through messaging on Angie’s list. Scheduled the appointment the same week. Didn’t have to be present and the Gutters were cleaned with No issues! Thanks guys!!!

We called the company directly AND filled out a request through Angie's List. We even got confirmation of acceptance of the Angie's List special price. We never heard from the company and when we tried yet again, answering machine was full.

Left one message then never called back - voice mailbox full. Service providers that don't provide service are basically useless.

I found Jassmin Home on Angie List. They had a gutter cleaning coupon for $99. I called and Guilman scheduled to come next week. He became available on Saturday and immediately came out. Guilman was very professional and did a great job. I would use him again. He honored the coupon price and did a great job.

Guilman was very responsive. He and a helper came within a day to clean my very clogged gutters. They arrived as scheduled and finished the job quickly. He honored his coupon price. They did an excellent job: cleared debris from roof, cleaned gutters thoroughly, washed out the gutters, cleaned up around the house well, and took away the debris removed from the gutters. We are very pleased with their work and will use them again. I strongly recommend them.

We used a deal on Angie's list, which was gutter cleaning for $99. Jassmin Home and Building services contacted me to set up the appointment within a day of buying the deal. They let us know when they were coming and showed up as expected. Our gutters were in awful shape, and they cleaned them thoroughly, along with fixing a few nails that had started to come out. Great work for a great price - I plan to use them again in the fall after the leaves have fallen from the trees!

My house looks like it was freshly painted. The work was done professionally and quickly - I was able to secure an appointment within two days of calling. They actually went above and beyond what was required and cleared off debris from the gutters and washed our windows. I would definitely hire Jassmin again.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job - my siding was REALLY dirty. They were very professional and tidy - I have a very fussy garden and, except for the water on the ground after they left, you would have never known they had been there except house looked bright and new!

Jassmin Home & Building Services was prompt, professional and thorough with the job. It's hard to find a company who takes pride in their work and cares about their customers in this day and age but Jassmin is definitely one of them. They delivered as promised and I will not hesitate to do business with them again.

Call for service was answered immediately on a Sat and job was arranged for Monday. Windows and screens were done by hand/ not pressure washer and looked beautiful. Price was in line with past services we used but the quality of the work was much better. We have a rear gutter that is 35 ft high and not a do it yourself job. Gutter cleaning with tons of leaves was perfect and they even tested the drains. All blown leaves were cleaned off the ground and disposed.

The weather and vacation plans for both of us created some challenges, but Guilman worked around these easily being attentive to my email regarding the scheduling. He brought a natural color for the stain to the job site; when I felt this wasn't what would bring the shed back to life, we went to Home Depot together to select a different product. We also brought back a sample of green paint for the door. Realizing the color wasn't quite right, Guilman was willing to wait until I found what I liked. This soft-spoken man is kind , patient and attentive to his work. I nearly forgot he also washed my windows and did a superb job.

They did a great job. I would definitely call them again for window cleaning. I understand they also clean gutters and perhaps other jobs. I will consider them in the future for other jobs as well. Very polite and professional.

Guilman was excellent. His 2-man team spent almost 6hr at our home on a very hot June day. They paid close attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. I have recommended them to my townhome community and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Mr. Gamez arrived on time. It turned out that he and the other gentleman had to work around my landscaper who happened to arrive earlier that morning for a non-scheduled visit and was at the house for several hours. Yet Mr. Gamez made it work and waited for all the mulch to be placed before he powerwashed our stone walkway. I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Guilman Gamez, owner of Jassmin Home & Building Services. Mr. Gamez powerwashed our stone walkway, our cedar shed and our composite deck using different products for each material. I noticed he also cleaned stepping stones in the garden and our generator - not part of our agreement. While we’ve had our stone walkway powerwashed several times, the stones have never looked this good. Our windows are now sparkling. I had initially planned on him cleaning the gutters, but the landscaper did this as part of his regular service. Later in the day, I realized that I had planned on having Mr. Gamez powerwash the exterior of the gutters. He explained that he couldn't PW them at this point because the windows had already been cleaned; however, with an extension pole, he wiped all the gutters. I must add that he and the gentleman with him are delightful.
