Juan was your tech and once you paid your bill we sent you the pictures that Juan had taken of your chimney and firebox along with your estimate. You also received a 10% discount for being a First Responder. We returned to the customer's home and installed cable organizers and velcro. We neatly organized the wiring in the lower louver to customer's satisfaction. Customer confirmed they are happy with the result.Service Provider Response
Hi Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I'm very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience with us. I reviewed the pictures of the work that was done and it was done correctly. When the crew went to your home in the morning, we intensionally came without the materials. We verified with our local distributor that the materials were in stock before hand but we didn't want to pick up materials and then have to go back for additional materials once the job started because we would end up having to leave your home with a hole in the roof. This job took us a little over a half a day to complete. This includes travel time and everything pertaining to this project. A less experienced team could have been there for a longer period of time but the crew we sent out does this type of work regularly. As for your experience with Merylene or our office, I can assure you that they are not working from their home. She will at times put the customer on speaker phone if she has her hands full at her desk. I do speak with our administrative team to make sure they handle each and every customer professionally. That's part of our weekly meeting. As for me, I did not speak with you on the phone personally but I would like to so we can rectify this situation.
