After giving Mr. Smith my down payment it was hard contacting him. He didn't start when he was supposed to. When he finally answered my text and phone messages , he said he was backed up. He patched up my roof and so far no leaks, but he was supposed to come back and remove the satellite dishes but he never returned and he is back to not responding. As I said so far his work is holding up, but his work ethics are not very professional. He had too many 5 star reviews which I find a little suspicious.

They were supposed to repair my roof, after paying over $3,000 a few months after the repair was done I started experiencing leaking in the same area. I called for them to come repair, William Smith answered and stated he would be pass to check it out. No one ever came. I've called and left voice mails. No one has called me back or came pass. I filed a complaint with the BBB.org. They stated that this company addresses and numbers are not good. I want my money back, now me and my daughter have to suffer, because of this. My mom has cancer and is really sick, its a shame that people will take advantage of people in this way. Home Advisor need to take them off this site and report them.

When I called the company to let them know what was going on...their response was they were backed up but have not followed through. I have not been able to reach them. His word was not bond.

They come in strong and promising and guarantee your work. But after the $5,000 repair was done and still leaking - they don’t answer your calls or make appointments. I truly hope you do not waste your money with this company. And I think Home Advisor should re-evaluate putting them in their system!

Mr.Smith made me feel like I could trust him and I did, to do the work and pricing. Not knowing about roofing, only other estimates from other companies. As I expressed to Mr.Smith only the rain will tell me about his work. So far I believe he did a job well done.

Great company! This gentleman was professional, friendly, fast, and the work looks solid! He did not try to pressure me into replacing the entire roof. He was patient as he explained all my options. Bring on the rain! I highly recommend this roofer.

Mr. Smith repaired 2 roofs on my house using rubber & cement materials. After 2 1/2 months both roofs began to leak in the same spots. After calling him to report the leaks, as indicated on my contract that I had a 3 year warranty on all repairs, he agreed to fix leaks. He stated he was dealing with family issues and would come back to assess leaks. He never called or came to my home. I called at least 3 time & sent a text. No response from text. Last 2 phone calls stated the phone number was unable to accept calls. I had someone else call from a different number & someone answered. I called after that person & received same message that no calls were accepted. I believe I was BLOCKED. My ceilings are damaged more than before his repairs and I do not recommend his business to anyone!! Had to get someone else to fix the repairs costing me more money.

Communication was excellent and the job was well done. The only reason I rated him 4.5 rather than a 5 was because pricing wasn't clear until the very end of the job. I would have liked to have known the final price of the job before making a final decision. Otherwise, if I should have another problem, I would use him again.

William Showed up on time, took pictures of areas he recommended be repaired in addition to roofing material that was missing. He completed the work three days later and again took pictures of the repaired areas for comparison. An honest and skilled professional. Price for the amount of work accomplished was great. I would recommend him highly.

He did a great job on the roof...even impressed my neighbors. He took pictures which depicted the condition of my roof and what needed to be done and informed that the previous work and the initial work on the roof was slapdash to say the least. Although I am having trouble with one of the vents leaking after the first rain following the completion of the roof. I am certain that he will look into the problem and correct whatever the issue is. I would certainly recommend him.
