I had a fender bender requiring a little body work to the front fender of my car. I called Jim's and was at the garage within 15 minutes for an initial estimate. They were able to schedule the work for the following week, which fit my schedule perfectly. The subsequent inspection revealed a little more damage than originally noted, but I received a call asking for approval to continue before any additional work was done. The total time for repairs, including paint and a detailed wash, was about a week...great! The whole experience was unfortunate, but the folks at Jim's made it more bearable. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future work and referrals.

They are a very nice family-owned business. The work was completely done within the timeframe that they promised. I would use them again.

Very courteous and helpful. We were paying ourselves (not insurance). They helped us choose an approach that would not be too expensive but still look great. And it did.

Jim's had repaired another car several years ago and being satisfied, I was glad to see them listed by my insurance co as one of their approved vendors. They coordinated a rental car for me and took me to the rental facility to pick up the rental. Work was done on time and looks great. Would both use them again (though I hope never to need body repairs again) and strongly recommend them

We were able to get a timely and acceptable estimate. Jim's Body Shop's employees did fantastic work restoring the front end and in the time they said it would be completed.

I think they did a great job. I think they may have wiped down the inside of the car as well as vaccumed the inside too.

We took the car over for an estimate. The price they quoted was well below other estimates we received, so we made an appointment for the repair work. When we took the car back for the repairs, we were told that the estimate was incorrect and the price would be substantially higher. As we were working on a tight schedule and the new estimate was in line with others we had received, we left the car for the work to be completed.
They worked around our schedule, which was great. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and obviously very experienced, as we had no complaints about the repairs or the paint job.
We did realize that a piece of the detail striping had not been glued on, so we did have to return to have that taken care of. They did that minor job on the spot and were most apologenic that it had not been done correctly.

Body work was excellent - could not see any evidence of collision. Repair to engine components required us to return the truck to make additional repairs not caught on estimate, but repairs were made promptly, completely and without any hassle. Since insurance covered repairs price was not an issue.

On a scale from 1 to 10 I give Jim's Body Shop a !!
