I sent an email thru Angie's list . They responded by email immediately and wanted to setup an appointment, around my schedule, as soon as possible..Even the email was so friendly and professional by "Travis". Meanwhile an earlier contractor, thru Angie's list, had given me a good bid..Too late this time, but I would recommend them to everyone..Thanks Angie's list..

Very professional contractor. Needed to tell him something once and it was done. I've worked with contractors where I had to monitor their progress daily, with Travis this is not necessary. Gets work done on time and within estimates. If something might cost more he will immediately call with an explanation opposed to hitting you with a new cost out of the blue. He is also very good with scheduling. I've worked with some contractors where they would take any job they can get their hands on and my schedule gets delayed, with Travis this is not the case. He will look at his current tasks and customers needs and schedule appropriately. Out of all the contractors I've used in the past his is probably my favorite. A good contractor is very hard to find and I would definitely continue to use his services. I highly recommend him to anyone.

They were good. They had a reasonable estimate. We went with somebody else, but they were fine. We would definitely get another estimate from them.

The company was very helpful throughout the process. The work was financed by a city rehabilitation program, and Forsyth was able to give us detailed information up front so we could get the funding approved. Anytime I called with a question someone answered the phone or called me back immediately. Other companies I've used ni the past have been terrible about communication, so this was a very nice surprise. The work was high quality. I'm very satisfied, and my entire neighborhood has noticed the difference as well.

Forsyth Construction has done fantastic work for us time and again. They were recommended to us by friends and we could not be happier with the work they have done for us. Travis and his crew show up on time, work hard, and get the job done. He made some suggestions about how to utilize the space in our bathroom that really proved helpful. Travis and his crew are detail oriented, and spend time making each job perfect. Even when we could not see a flaw in their work, Travis and crew returned to their project to ensure everything was completed impeccably, at no extra cost.

I've also had to remodel my basement, and they also have built a deck for me too. I've found them to be a reliable contractor. They do very high quality work. Travis, the owner, is very good at communicating and responding quickly. He is also very good at articulating your options. They are quick to resolve any problems you may ever experience. I had one issue previously when they poured concrete in my basement. Travis wasn't happy with the way it looked in what would have been the bathroom. He actually tiled that area for me at no cost.

It went great! They were easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves. They had pleasant and courteous workers. They were very considerate. They bathroom looks very good.

This was a great experience. The initial estimate came in $40,000 cheaper than most of the estimates I received. His crew was timely and professional and did amazingly high quality work. The project took 3 months, when it was only supposed to take 2, because one of his crew got injured at the start of the project. Although hiccups did come up during the project, Travis was incredibly professional in dealing with them. I know I can be a pain to work for, but Travis rolled with the punches and ended up delivering a finished project that I am incredibly happy with. After seeing what some of my friends have went through with large reno's, I always shake my head and say "I told you to hire Travis." I recommend Travis to everyone I know. During major construction, there are always set backs and problems that arrise. The biggest sign that you hired a good contractor is how they deal with those issues. I couldn't be happier with Travis and will hire him again.

Travis promptly returned my phonecall and showed up at my door promptly. Shortly into the job, Travis discovered it was more technically challenging than he had thought. Nevertheless, he stuck with it and maintained a good sense of humor throughout. The job took longer than he'd estimated, which I expected when we discovered how tricky it was, but Travis did not charge me anything additional. He was polite and cleaned up well. I would call him again for carpentry work, though he mainly does new home construction.

Travis was great. He was punctual, flexible, and very professional. I brought him in, and he gave me a free estimate on the costs for framing my house. I gave him one set of plans, and in the middle of the project, I changed the plans, and he worked with the new plans on the go without new architectural drawings. He even framed a platform to create more space above my stairs that he estimated at one cost, and it was more expensive. He did not charge me more, but he ate the difference in the cost. In the middle of the project, we changed and needed new stairs, and he installed the stairs. Finally, he cleaned up after himself every day, leaving my house in better condition than when he started. He actually cleaned some of my leftover demolition. He did a great job at a great price.
