Prompt, courteous and excellent job.

They did a great job on my patios, walkways and patio furniture. They started two days after we agreed to work together. Very, very good price compared to other estimates. I will have them back next spring.

They were suppose to be here yesterday at 10:00. No show and no phone call. I had to call them three times to reschedule. Rescheduled for today at 10am, they showed up at 7:45 am and did a lousy job! did not remove screens from gutters, only used hose to flush gutters

A&C contacted me promptly right after I submitted the service request. One star was token away because the quote was $135 for an end unit townhouse before I booked their service. But after the cleaning, the crew asked for $150. I paid them for the full price, but I would appreciate they could contact me before the work was started so I could inform the owners ahead of time.

Alex came on time as scheduled and took care of the job of cleaning gutters the very next day I requested it. He was professional and efficient

Window washing project. They did a great job for a reasonable price. I am definitely going to use them again.

My only comment, not necessarily a complaint, is that the fellows who came to power wash the exterior surfaces of our house did not know which surfaces ( for instance, the driveway, the exterior screened porch steps) I had discussed with Alex, the man who did a walk-through with me and gave me an estimate. Fortunately, we were home and were able to clarify which surfaces Alex and I had agreed should be power washed. Everyone I dealt with at A&C Services arrived on time and were courteous and professional. The price was right, and our house looks great!

They confirmed the night before, came on time, and did a good job. Where they had a problem, they explained. They were polite and quiet. Price point was consistent with the industry.

Used Power Wash Plus to finish my deck and patio. Much better job thorough and complete.
