They arrived before time and performed excellent.

They were on time, fast and did an excellent job. Two really pleasant guys to have in my home. I would definitely hire them again.

I booked an appointment through Home Advisor for Thursday at 9am. They did not show up and when I reached Alex by phone, he said they came at 8am and I was not home (I had run out quickly and was home by 8:15) so they went to another job. He offered to come at 1pm. I told Alex I had to go to work, so he said they would come the following morning (Friday; today as I write this) at 8am. Alex said that our 2 bedroom condo with 10 windows would take approximately 30 minutes ad said he would see us at 8am. They did not show up this morning, did not answer multiple calls, and have not returned our messages. I am really disappointed.

They showed up the quickly and did a good job.

Keep appointment as scheduled, did excellent job of cleaning gutters and dryer vent. Identified rusted dryer vent exhaust and wood rot during inspection of gutters and provided repair qoute.

A little expensive

They were wonderful. Very Polite. Came when they said they would. Done in no time and cleaned up after themselves.

Scheduled through Home Advisor for a 4PM start. They arrived at 6PM and told me that I didn't "pay attention" in that they had the right to be two hours late. Quoted me on the phone for 75-100 dollars for power washing a very small brick patio. Workers arrived and were very rude and said the job was 200 dollars. We told them no that's not what we were quoted. They walked off and huddled in there van for a few moments and then drove off without a word. Please note that this patio has been power washed many times by other venders for 80 dollars. Very rude and unprofessional establishment. Aweful experience. A first for me through Home Advisor.

A person contacted me from the company, but left no msg. I called back and left msg. They did not call again. By now, the cleaners were more than 1 hr late for the appointment. I called again, a person got on the phone and said the cleaners would be here between 2-3. They were not. They arrived at 4:30. But once here, they did a fine job. So the work quality was outstanding. The value for the money was outstanding. Customer service got only 2 1/2 stars because of the arrival confusion.

They performed what I asked of them: clean out a single clogged downspout.

Tried to charge me for 28 windows when they cleaned 24. That being said, They did an excellent job, timely and efficient. Just make sure you agree on windows and total before they begin. When I corrected him on the number of windows, he agreed.

Prompt response and excellent job

This is a good company but we had some scheduling issues. I had a confirmation for them to come and clean our gutters but they never showed. After several unanswered calls to the company, someone finally called back and said that our appointment had somehow been crossed out and cancelled. They rescheduled and actually came out the second time. The work was good and everything was fine after that.

They were very competent, courteous and professional.

They did a good job, though arrived about an hour early. Got right to work and completed everything within an hour. The only issue was a really high quote on site which we negotiated to a more reasonable amount for the amount of work and time involved. Overall a good group.
